never received my order

I placed an order with this company on October 5, 2011. I mailed my order along with my dried flowers via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation.. They received my parcel and order on October 6, 2011. I ordered a bracelet, $41.00 and a matching necklace, $65.00 for a total of $106.00 and enclosed my check #3188 which they cashed on 01/18/2012. The processing time stated online was about 11 months. I have never received my order and it is now almost two years. I tried many times to call and email the company but the voicemail was always full as was the email box. They still have an active web site and they are still taking orders. From what I have seen online this company is a complete fraud, they simply continue to take people's money but do not fill any orders.
