IF YOU LIKE STRESS CALL a&e
They are a joke. They overcharge, are unprofessional and will disconnect the line if they don't like what you're saying or place you on hold until you hang up. There is no proper communication within the company and each time if there is a problem has to be explained every time you call. They will tell you that it's been documented but the next call you place because of the poor customer service and miscommunication they haven't a clue that you previously called or will document something entirely different because lack of understanding.
After scuffling around in my kitchen with a technician named Tim and ordering a discontinued part, and after paying 417.64, I still to this day have nothing. The service began on Jan 12, 2017. Today it's February 22. I received yelling and screaming in my home, the part was taken that I paid for. A refund for "some" of the money paid was sent to an address they picked from the sky. Now they need to find the check so that the can void it, lol, the one they lost and won't issue another one until they find it. You know today it's called stop payment or a tracking number and reissue to the correct address given. I detest name calling and bad service but I want you to know before calling that number that you will get bad service. They have limited technicians and will put anyone on the job for a quick buck.
I have been going around the block with A &E factory services for over a month. It appears that an attorney needs to get involved. I paid them for a job that was notated as complete in their system, the tech notates he gave a coupon for the full amt and the only thing that I paid was 89.00 a mandatory service fee. I bank statement says otherwise. My check cleared on Jan 13, the following day. They are a nightmare. Eddie lambert, a CEO has a team that also doesn't return calls. The only way you can get their attention is to pay them money. Poor Service Guaranteed from the bottom of the chain to the top. BUYER BEWARE! After paying, you aren't anyone to them so why put yourself through it?
