Thank your Rebecca for sharing your entire history. I know the month was the mistake. I intended to order the product but I wanted to read the reviews first. I will not order the product.

From what I have been reading, it seems that anyone can be paid to send a good comment and even a bad one. Who can be trusted? Seems like we are all in a quandary. God help us.

I used the hair regrowth treatment for three days. I noticed my scalp itching then under my breast started itching. This lasted for a month went to the doctors the pills for my itching scalp work Just fine but the itching under my breast was the worst I ended up with some type of fungi. Thus lady for a month going thru 3 tubes of fungi medicine.

Beware of any product using minoxidil. It's a dangerous heart drug with the side effect of growing hair. After a week of use I ended up in the emergency room with a very rapid heart rate, swollen hands and feet. They had to twice stop and start my heart to get it to under 170 bpm resting! I'd rather have thinning hair over being dead. Just don't use it.

I got sucked into buying Keranique AND Hydroxotone. I had an allergic reaction to the Hydroxotone. I wanted to cancel the product, so I called the number on the receipt. Got a recorded voice, but used the prompts and then just let it ring, and ring, and ring. It took a while to get a real person to talk to, (and they were American!) but I didn't have any problem canceling the product. What I hate is, I have to pay for returning the product to them. I'd like to just throw it out. I finally got the Keranique today. I am going to cancel it, too. If I had known that they send minoxidil along with their product, I never would have bought it. It's the minoxidil that will help your hair regrow. I can buy the generic minoxidil at Wal-Mart for a heck of a lot less than what they sell their product for!

I am always skeptical of so-called "miracle" products that make claims which are hard to believe. So I ALWAYS check it out online first to see what complaints are out there. To the lovely husband writing about his wife stopping drinking caffeine: I haven't had coffee in many, many months and this seems to be the time my hair started thinning and breaking. Coincidence? Perhaps ... but that was not the issue for me. So bottom line, CHECK PRODUCTS OUT ONLINE FIRST FOR COMPLAINTS!!!

Thanks for all of your comments. I received the ad in a package for this product, and called the company to order the product for my thinning hair. For some reason I decided against it! I am so glad I decided to google the product for complaints; because, after weighing all of the comments made here, I've decided against it. This was a valuable experience.

It's a bit naive to think that a company is going to just give you a full set of products for $7.95. You have to read the fine print which most people don't take the time to do and then bitch about it later.

I love the product. It's the best product on the market for hair regrowth. Not sure what all these people are talking about. I have been using it for over 6 months and it really works. I have fuller and my hair has regrown in sopts that were really thinning. I think this site is filled with bogus compaints.Just saying folks... I LOVE THIS PRODUCT...

Wow..im glad i came on this site before ordering the product...It's a shame what these ppl are doing...I read there policy and practically my understanding is they want all types of information from you..and on top of that they want to know your every move you make so they can tell their contacts(third parties) what you need and send it you automatically...since they have the credit card on file they just charge it...without having to let you know becuase that's on their policy...this sounds like a scam and has MAFIA written all over it...

Which should be some indication of how this unethical company works. Imagine! A hair product company who has to have a paralegal! Do not fall into the scam of a free trial; You'll be paying a lot more than this product is worth.

I thought that trying the product might help me to thicken my fine hair, it was a nightmare. When I rang to complain about the product the first person in February talked to me and got information on how I needed to have 4 inches of my hair removed and that I also had 2 weeks of leaving conditioner to get it working. Was told at the time by the person that she would cancel my account and that due to the issues I did not have to return the good.
Well this was my mistake as they did not make notes, they did not close the account and the people proceeded to take $250AUD from my account.
Now I am fighting to get the money back, they have all the products back, but the excuses come as the person you were dealing with don't work here anymore, but I still get emails the Director of Customer Service Robert Wolfe who sent me an email is not known to the company and when you try to explain things they terminate your call. I had 3 of these calls within an hour today.
I would never use this company and I will complain about their service and money they stole from my account until people know what kind of thieves they are and not to trust the offer of one month free trial as it is false advertising and if you live overseas you get even worse service from them from all reviews I have read.
In Australia if you treated people the way Keranique treat people you would be fired on the spot.

Migraines
Has anyone out there started getting migraines from this product? I just read all reviews and see "head aches" mentioned. I used this product again last night and could not sleep due to the pain in my head. I put one and one together and figured out every time I use this product I get a migraine. Please respond if you have the same symptom so we can discuss how to proceed, legally.

I had a bad reaction to the monoxide. Itchy,burning scalp. So I stop using it . And the trail is a trick to get you to buy the subscription. My hair grew but at what cost. And this is the first site I found someone else having a bad reaction to this product.

Just cancelled this product because I believe that my recent had aches are associated.
Did not have any problems canceling further shipments.
Will return Keranique hope to get a refund.

I thought trying the product might help me to thicken my hair but it did not work. I called in April to cancel the representative I spoke to said oh my you need to use a booster and I promise you it's going to work there will be no charge. Well it did not work right through the process my head was itchy. So I called back spoke to another representative advise another product stated that if this does not work then you will be refunded. It still didn't work. I called today for my return spoke to a manager by the name Sean who was an A hole he stated that it's pass my 120 day for return. I should have not took the offers from the representative.If I had known trust me I would have not. I ask to speak to someone above him he stated that there is no one above him. Not sure if I really spoke to a manager. Basically it's a scam and they know exactly what they are doing. But I'm not going to let this rest. I work for a law firm and will be speaking to the lawyers on Tuesday.

Keranique Complaint
I have been using the Keranique product for about 3 months with inconsistent results, I recently cancelled, after an allergic reaction. I have small itchy bumps around my hairline, behind my ears and neck and on my face too. I visited my doctor this week, she recommended I discontinue the use of this product, I was given a steroid shot and was advised to take benadryl. Its a little better, planning a trip to the dermatologist this week if it does not improve. Oh might I add my hair is now thinner than it was, before I started the treatments. I would not recommend this product, not worth the risk. To add insult to injury, I was only refunded for one month of use. There ought to be a law.

Keranique Complaint
I had extreme allergic reactions to their shampoo and phoned to cancel further orders. When I contacted them they told me there had already been the second box dispatched and when I received it, I should contact them again for instructions on how to return it, unopened. They told me there was an address in Australia to use. So, when the 2nd box arrived, I contacted them and asked four times for the address to return it to. They are evasive and continue to talk about charging me unless I send it back BUT THEY WON'T GIVE ME THE ADDRESS! Does anyone happen to know the Australian address?

My hair stated falling out
My hair started falling out my hair is so dry when i was condicon my hair falls out i need to no what we can do this is wrong all they can say ur hair will fall out for the new to come in that not true my husband told me to go bald thats sad very dry after three monthes using this i would feel funny after using the spray medocil i dont use any of this no more now my have is bad falls out. Still can we do something about the product there selling
