Complain about kfc

It’s really a bad experience with Kfc just now we reach back to home .we order 15 pcs of chicken we waited for 3o mints also my wife is traveling to Dubai that’s why we came , I am in kuwait from last 20 years . If there is problem we use to talk with Manager and they use to change and give fresh one immediately. We got Kfc the pcs are not what Kfc taste we use to eat several time in a month . I gone to counter and said the KFC pcs not good but they told me it’s fresh I did not eat a pcs . I seen some pcs not fried from inside and really it’s not fresh at all . All pcs are inside black .
In airport sections both counter staff said no it’s good . But I want to say one thing I eat KFC from last 20 yrs . I don’t know the real taste of KFc .
Any way I stop eating KFC , more counter is not taking And responsibility of Kfc . I will attached photo also.

Old and Bad Smell

I ordered from online today and I am totally disappointed with the spicy chicken I ate because when I removed the skin, I can smell the odor of an old stock chicken and the color of the meat is like light brown. I lost my appetite though I am so hungry.

Please be aware and double check the products with their production date end before you serve.
