POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE

Dear Team,

I was really upset with service rendered by your delivery team member.I called the customer service line yet been told that my address was not in the system despite been used this delivery so many times.I was told delivery service was unable to rendered by Taipan Delivery Team due to technical issues.I was told to dine there despite delivery. I than connected to Mr Razak claimed as Taipan Manager that sounds so effortless and clueless.He mentioned that there were no delivery manpower for tonight.The worst part was he managed to pick up my call after thrid times after that.The first called was answered in a very rude manner.He yet claimed he was not aware with that.
For your kind info this issues been facing by me so many times. I dont understand why this issue never been sort it out.How could customer like me to be inform to be dine despite delivery ? So whats the function of delivery then?Why are they still been employed as a front liner for this dynamic organization!
Here by I attached you the details of the phone call that I made throughout the process( approximately 40 minutes ).Hope you will look into it as I truly understood whats the front liner and customer experience is all about.Im looking forward for your kind reply.

Miniature size fried chickens

It is amazing and shocking. The size of kfc fried chicken is so small that 2 pieces of it can fit into my the palm of my hand. (See attached photo) This kfc branch is in Aeon Bukit Raja Klang. Date: 22 Oct 2018

RUDE STAFF

Assalamualaikum, saya ingin membuat aduan tentang staff di KFC cawangan Pusat Bandar Rawang. Pada 16/11/2018, antara pukul 8.30pm-9.00pm saya telah memesan 1 set snack plate dan 1 set Gochujang Crunch. Saya meminta ayam bahagian rib atau breast. Dan cashier saya maklumkan pada saya "sekiranya ada, saya bagi". Semasa proses menyediakan pesanan saya, salah satu cashier perempuan bernama Farah, bertanya pada cashier yang serve saya, saya meminta ayam bahagian apa. Dan cashier saya berkata "rib dan breast", dan cashier perempuan tersebut dengan tiada adab berkata "patut lah gemok" dan cashier yang serve saya secara automatik memandang saya. Saya amat terkilan, kerana dia tak menjaga adab dia sebagai khidmat pelanggan. Sikap body shaming pada orang tidak relevan lagi pada zaman sekarang. Saya sedar, saya memang berbadan besar. Tetapi, patut ke dia berkata begitu pada pelanggan. Sebelum ini, rakan saya juga mengalami pengalaman seperti ini dicawangan yang sama. Mungkinkah staff yang bernama Farah tu? Saya telah memaklumkan pada manager di cawangan tersebut. Saya harap pihak KFC ambil tindakan dengan perkara ini. Saya dan keluarga kerap pergi ke cawangan ini, kerana selesa, bersih dan layanan staff yang mesra. Tetapi, disebabkan satu staff yang tidak ada adab pada customer, boleh menjejaskan reputasi cawangan tersebut. Terima Kasih.

Bad attitude with me and score at me at the same time

U punya stuff gaduh dengan saya dengan suara yang uat marah balik sya.i dtg kfc ialah makan bukan bagi u punya stuff marah i ialah coustmer..i make complain about so many times about say tutup kipsa luar tapi dia orang buat tak tahu sahaja..masa ialah 04/03/2019,03.42am.stuff ialah lelaki melayu..

Staff bad attitude

Today around 1.00 -1.30pm I went to Iskandar puteri Gelang Patah KFC. I ordered lunch 2 set. I requested for drumstick and no wings and I don't want big size chicken. But staff still gave me bigger size chicken. When I request again to change the chicken piece the Indian lady(staff) again put wings and big piece of chicken.
I ask her politely to change chicken then she
replied me:
If you don't like the big piece just throw away.
Is this a way staff treat customer??
Even she say sorry to me it's not enough. Because I pay for my food and I don't want other customer get the same situation. Strictly please take action on this staff. I don't know her name but she is the only Indian staff working at Iskander Gelang Patah
outlet. Thank you
