This agency and it's owners are just awful. The owner is just lying to his clients, like us. He will be telling you everything you want to hear from him, but will never fulfill his promise. We asked him if it possible to change the details in the airline tickets, and use them in another flight - he told it's possible. We found out he lied to us, but he doesn't admit it. We lost our ticket, and we feel awful about this. Don't deal with this man and this company - it's a scam people! Don't believe them!

Disgusted

Kiwi, never again communication dreadful, booked what we thought goods flights via Kiwi for Ryan Air big mistake as should have known we would get ripped off. We only received confirmation email of return flights 2 days before returning to the uk so no facility to print. When we arrived at the airport in Lazerote the check in girl was when we told her who we booked with was not surprised it was a cock up from start to finish, not only did we not have time to print boarding passes Ryan air wanted to charge us £10 each for printing them. Then we were told that Ryan air do not let you on with hand luggage(just another way to get money out of you) cost us £25 each to put our hand luggage through. We were not told any of this by Kiwi. They have such a bad reputation, don't do it don't organise anything with this company.
