is there anyone out there that can technically prove that
the printer is falsley reading ink levels? and/or can prove and
has the money to sue kodak for thier falsities in thier advertisments.
if so, someone please do it so the rest of us can get some
restitution for being scammed, and be given new printers that
actually work like they are supposed to.

if somebody has the money to technically prove beyond a doubt, that kodak has been
fraudulent about thier advertisment, and can take them to court over it and win,
please, please do it. companies get away with things like this all the time and nobody
does anything about it, so they get away scott free, and can keep doing it and
making money untill someone stops them. if someone out there has the money to
help the rest of us, please get some restitution for the little guy.

ESP 9 continiously wants new cartridges installed, if you don't use it for a month when you do use it after five or six pages it will stop printing and wants to be feed new cartridges. No wonder why they are bankrupt. Think consumer affairs should protect the concumer and demand reprogram to shut down the ink warning feature, let's face it is not a warning system when it shuts down before the ink is depleated.
