fake products
I placed an order with them and spent a lot. Then I started to receive the packages and the products in them were just fake copies of the ones I was ordering!! At first they didn't answer my e-mails but later on they said they'll replace the order but nothing happened! Beware of this fraud!

Wrong products put me in hospital
Never order from this company!
I have been paying for products that were actually not the ones I needed. Once they received the money from me, they did not care what exactly I needed. I wrote them several times to try and refund the rest of the products which I noticed were wrong, however, they did not reply. I threatened them with a legal action, then they answered, but that was only once. After taking the wrong products that they have sent me, I have ended up in the hospital.

REFUND RIP-OFF KRATOMHERBS
I ordered from kratomherbs only to discover I could not take what they were advertising and within 2 hours of ordering I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Since it was late night in Florida where they are based I had to wait for confirmation of cancelled order till the next day. They ignored my emails saying to cancel and instead said that their product has been around for over a THOUSAND YEARS and proceeded to ship it out anyways. When it got to me I sent it RIGHT BACK. They Promised me my refund was being processed and they were busy and its coming and then they said it had been sent. So I had to wait almost TWO MONTHS for the credit union to back check and find out what happened to the refund that actually was NEVER SENT! Thus now I am forced to fill FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST THEM. This company is NOT RUM BY HONEST PEOPLE, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD FOR THERE IS NO HONOR AMONGST THIEVES!!!!

Simply ripped off
I sent them a money order to credit my account as paying COD is hard for me to do and they kept the money and I have not heard from them in over a month. Their Phone number is useless. These are not good people.

Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever received from any company in my life. I am trying to find a better store because these people simply don’t care about you, me, anyone. I think they’re just trying to grab as much money as they can while they can instead of helping us support the American Kratom Association by lowering their sky-high prices (forget the 2ml bullshit, it’s a waste of money, as is their Bali tincture). Their products CAN be quite good, good enough to keep you coming back, anyway, especially if you have a disability that Kratom helps you overcome so you can live like a person.
But beware of shipping. I am STILL waiting for the Priority Overnight ($45 fee) package I ordered on Monday to even leave the building. Not a word from their so-called “24/7” helpers even though they gave me their word they’d send it today (I was 3 minutes past their 3:30 cutoff on Monday, that’s their reason for not shipping it yesterday—I doubt I will hear why they didn’t ship it today either). I feel worse than ever when I get my hopes up that tomorrow—finally—I’ll be out of pain and out of bed... only to have that hope ripped out of my hands by their negligence. It’s awful, and so is this company.
If at all possible, NEVER give them your credit card info. If you go with COD, you can make them pay for the shipping they if they don’t honor it simply by refusing to claim the package. It’s their loss. They rarely respond to emails unless you include a legal threat, by the way. That’s just great... Unless you like ulcers, just stay away. It’s not worth it, trust me. I hate these people. They’ve let me down time and again for 3 years now and I just can’t take anymore, even if I have to live like a (barely) walking corpse.
