RUDE AND UNETHICAL
KUDRAT need to teach them a lesson. Few come to my office and humiliate me infront of other colleagues. I was not in the office tell them came to serve legal notice put in the envelope. At the end just pass envelope just contact contact details (attached).
What we can do to stop them to harass me?

Dear AKPK,
I have been receiving numerous threreatening calls to me and family member from this so called debt collector named Kudrat Partners regarding payment with Maybank about my credit card.I have informed Maybank all my related documents whereby I lost my job on December 2020 due to pandemic affecting construction sector and I was a managing director.
This few guys called Sasi, Daniel Ravi and few others been caling me like 10 times in a single day on also non working hours urging me to make payment.Whereby i clearly told them all this details,they went overboard by coming to my house area and also calling my old parents about this.
I would like if i can make a police report on this matter further more i told them im applying for moratorium and repayments assistance. Is there anytthing you can help me with about this people calling me or shall i make police report.
Kindly advise
