KyLin TV = Fraudulent IPTV Service
We got Kyin2.0 HD and very frustrated with it. While watching a movie, it will frequently stop and get a black screen. We will have to restart the chapter again. If we use the fast forward it will frequently stop again. When I get so frustrated with this, I will go on my laptop and watch the same movie on the internet. On the internet it is free, I don't get the stops as Kylin2.0 and the fastforward works. The news channels on Kylin don't stop as often which is the only redeeming value. Frustrated Customer in IL.

Based on your initial description, I assume possibly you are using PPLive or BT etc P2P streaming or downloading software on your PC and these software consumes large volume of internet traffic and affected KyLinTV normal usage. This is my initial judgement and might not the real technical reason. I strongly suggest you please kindly call our technical support line 1.877.888.8598 to troubleshoot. KyLinTV2.0 uses CDN streaming technology and we are broadcasting HD live programming over public internet very smoothly and has expanded the service in US, Canada, Singapore, Europe and other Asia area . We do hope more and more families choose KyLinTV as Chinese TV programming choice.

I had one year package with Kylin TV and continued with another yearly package for my parents, however, they still charged to my account even I clearly told one of their representative -- please stop my pogram after my yearly package is done...now they are sending me the bill for the service that I did not request at all...
any kylinTV customers, please switch to Charming China, they only charge $5.99/month with 50+ channels and 10+ HD channels, hundreds of new film -- all free!!! i was paying Kylin TV for $360/year with this terrible customer service.
In order to stay away from the harrassment from kylin TV, I agree to pay the money they asked, luckily, my credit card was changed, they stopped their service, so the bill would not be scary! the representative talks like a answering machine, "this is my company policy"...Kylin TV will go bankruptcy for sure, just the matter of time!
again, stay away from the terrible company!

Thank you for contacting me and giving me the opportunity to have your case resolved by April 26th. Again I really appreciate your time and you have already understood this misunderstanding is coming from your miscommunication to us.
Now as everyone understood and can check official statement from www.gw-tv.cn . KyLinTV is the ONLY IPTV company that was authorized to broadcast TV channels from Great Wall Package in North America. And KyLinTV is the ONLY company that delivers real HD quality Chinese TV stations outside of China. All other company claiming copy rights or HD are misleading and cheating customers.

terrible teck support
I have to make the following negative comment about your tech support. We have no KylinTV service for two days due to
bandwidth failure. I kept calling at 1-877-888-8598, your listed tech support phone number, and never got through. I have left
four messages on your recording tape and so far, as I am typing this complaint, no response has come from KylinTV. What I
am asking is just to have a chance to talk to your technician about the problem and have my KylinTV service back. That's all.
So please have some one call me back and help me fix the problem. Thank you.

Be careful to make toll free calls with KyLin phone
I tried to call Delta Faucet's 800 customer number with my KyLin IP phone. I heard greetings of a unknown company. I called that 800 number again with my cell phone, and I was able to reach Delta Faucet. That indicates that KyLin re-directs my call to someone else.
I called KyLin's customer service, and was told that to resolve this issue, the specific 800 number must be set into their system by their technical support team. I was also told that other customers usually are not able to make some toll-free calls unless the toll-free numbers are set into their system. So, we have to be careful when we make every toll-free calls with KyLin.

Never fully worked, support sucks
My poor mom, every time I visited her, I saw her Kylin TV frozen. "How can you stand watching this, Mom?" I finally got frustrated enough and left a voice mail on the Kylin Support. "You guys need to fix this or I will sue for full refund". Guess what, I didn't get a call back, instead I can no longer call through the support number. They hung up on me. The service sucks.
Unfortunately we prepaid for the whole year. Or it would be long canceled. What can I say? DON'T BUY THEIR SERVICE!
