Disappointed

I ordered lavender love flowers on Tuesday to be delivered for a Birthday and they arrived today, Thursday. I was so disappointed with my order as it was nothing like the picture on the site and they were withered. The birthday note also had one wrong name on it. Not impressed and will not order any more items from your site as I paid too much for what was delivered..From my perspective, I believe Coles and Woolworths supply healthier, happier and fresher flowers. I feel very embaressed with what my friend received for a happy 60th as they looked gloomy dull and dead, unlike the photo on the website.
