I think we should all ban together and get David M. Green. He did the same to me. It is now three years later and I am in the process of fighting for my own modification. They took my money screwed up my modification and returns no calls or emails. I want a refund they did nothing and got paid for it. Everytime you call nobody answers the phone and the voicemail system sucks. I have his cell which he does not answer. The last email I sent him 12/8/11 he told me to send him a list of what Ocwen is looking for and he will take care of it. I sent him the list and one month later still have not heard from him. What a way to treat people that are in such a shape that they turned to him for help so they did not lose their houses. Now we are on the brink of losing the house we were fighting so hard to keep. LET'S GET DAVID M. GREEN.

I HAVE ALSO BEEN TAKEN FOR A RIDE AGAIN...TRUST? NEVER AGAIN...I HAVE LOST 3000.00 DOLLARS TO THIS COMPANY WITH NO CONTACT INFO AT ALL...I HAVE CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO FILE A COMPLAINT ALSO...DO NOT TRUST THEM...

Ladies & Gentlmen, the Law Offices of David M. Green aka www.dglawgroup.com, aka David M. Green attorney at law is nothing more than a few people sending out mailers to people and collecting funds, checks, payments from customers while offering NO service.
They are not a legit company. They do not have a real corporation, They do not have any offices, locations, public addresses, or contact info besides a few internet landlines and cellphones. You have all been scammed.
David M. Green is not actually a lawyer, he may have said he is but a Law office must have the name of the attorney followed by Esq. so that you have the ability to track the attorney by his legal business name.
329 HEMPSTEAD TURNPIKE, WEST HEMPSTEAD NY 11552 <-- This address is a commercial property with almost full vacancy. Its an old address, there are no existing offices by the name of David M Green, or the Law offices of David M. Green. Or anything with David in it for that matter.
