False advertising
Did you at any chance give them your email or Credit card number?

False advertising
If you gave them your credit card information, that should have raised a red flag. No one will ask for that information for a product or service that is free. That having been said, however, I have run some searches on Google and have found that they advertise their products for "free" in Google Adwords but when you get to their website, none of the advertised items is free. So they are definitely guilty of false advertising.

Unauthorized recurring payments
ID#5SL60570HK502400M.
I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO TAKE PAYMENTS OUT EACH MONTH. PLEASE REFUND THE AMOUNT OF 33.00 CAD AND DESIST FROM TAKING ANY MORE FROM MY ACCOUNT. I AM PUTTING A STOP PAYMENT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND HAVE CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD.
I DID USE YOUR FREE OFFER AND DID NOT REALIZE THAT YOU WOULD TAKE MONEY FROM ME FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE.

LawDepot.com
SCAM. DISREPUTABLE. BEWARE ! used the FREE advertising come-on to create a partnership document. When I noticed my credit card had been billed I called. They promised cancellation and a refund but never provided a refund. In fact, they continued to bill my credit card each time offering a two month refund but failing to do so. They are dishonest in their advertising and hid their mandatory subscription in the "Terms and Conditions". They do not notify you that you will be billed monthly and do not e-mail before taking more money from unsuspecting customers who place trust in this artfully constructed con. They deliberately make it difficult to cancel on-line and lie about it when you are lucky enough to reach them by phone. Stay Clear of these cons.

SCAM -- NOT FREE
This is one of those websites that scams you with their "free trial" and then gets you on their monthly subscription plan WITH NO SIGN OF IT. Only a sign-up confirmation email. They will send you some template over and over telling you it was stated in the agreement and that it's your fault because you should have checked your statement, but there's something funny about this company. I've never experienced that before. They have a 118 day return policy to save them from returning all your money when you realize that $33 is being taken from your account every month. I lost $429 to this company and they did absolutely nothing for me. I printed a free document with my trial on the first day, never logged in since and they still hit me with that sorry response. They were only willing to give me 4 out of 13 months worth of my money back. I hate companies that thrive on this sort of business model. Shady written all over it. They offer no solutions other than their templated response. Awful "customer service."

scam
You would think as "legal help" they could at least be truthful, but alas they are true scam artists. It is the old scam of "free" documents but you cant cancel today but you have to cancel at specific time in the future or you will be billed into perpetuity. Deceptive practices at best. Do not use ever!!!! Very deceptive organization. Stay away from them at all costs. They charge $33 per month despite stating free doc's.

Forms not accurate
Can't speak to all other complaints. But the forms they provide are not up to date and are not accepted by the local jurisdiction. They say you are responsible for knowing that their forms are not up to date. That is the service they are providing.
