Do not trust LBC Express - Incompetent, Unreliable Service

My friend in Manila sent me a very important and time-sensitive document via LBC Express on September 3, 2018 and paid a very expensive fee equivalent to about $50. I kept tracking it online but noticed no real movements/updates of its status. After more than 2 weeks, I still haven’t received the document. I then called their local office here in Maryland only to find out that it has not left their warehouse in Manila. Why couldn’t they have followed up with the sender or me if there was any problem. Instead, the representative here in Maryland asked me that I should request the sender to follow up in Manila. To my disgust, I asked my friend to retrieve it and send it instead via a reliable express service, such as DHL or FedEx. It still took a few days for them to return the document on September 23, 2018 and only offered a lip-service that they were sorry. In addition to a refund, they should have offered some type of compensation for the inconvenience. I lost almost 3-4 weeks of valuable time to get my paperwork done due to their undependability. I would not recommend this company to anyone! In fact, I would discourage anyone from using their services. It is the most incompetent, unreliable, untrustworthy company I have ever known! BEWARE!!!!!
