Failed to deliver - rude/unhelpful customer service
Paid for premium overnight, door-to-door delivery of a package. Stayed home that day to ensure receipt of delivery.
LBC failed to deliver. They also failed to contact me on the phone number provided.
Sent multiple emails to their customer service via website. No replies ever.
Tried to contact via the webchat function on their website - it was permanently unmanned and inactive.
Tried to contact via the message function on their Facebook page. No replies ever.
First telephone call to their customer service, I was put on hold and then cut off.
Second telephone call to their customer service, I was promised a call back after one hour to "investigate". There was no call back.
Third telephone call I was lectured to by a rude supervisor, Erick, who "advised" me that I wasnt home to collect the delivery, so it had been returned to the "hanger" in Manila.
Asked when they would re-deliver the package, he informed me that they WOULD NOT re-deliver my package. But I could pay AGAIN for shipment.
Basically, my possessions are held to ransom... and there is no recourse.
I was also told I just wait until they had conducted an "investigation" before they would finally send my package.
Weeks have passed since my "overnight" delivery disappeared and I am still waiting.
I have never seen such incompetent and irresponsible service from a delivery company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, insulting and they don't care whatsoever to resolve their mistakes.
