Scam
This also happened to me and I have just been told by the 'customer care department' of Lean Slim Ultra that they will not refund my £57. I did not even receive the free sample so I cancelled within the 14 day cut off period but I dd it by email which they deny receiving. They even told me that they did not have an email address but it appears on their advertisements under contact details. The customer care person said that they have now erased my debit card details but it doesn't help that I have lost £57 already. What a scam!

Lean slim cleanse tablets
I am shocked and disgusted
I ordered a sample each of Lean Slim Cleanse tablets (2 pots)
My husband said he liked me curvy so I decided to send them back unopened. I emailed them as they did not have a postal address) What I did not know I had more on the way which I had not asked for. The operator on the other end was very rude and kept cutting me off when I went to speak. I do not know why but it kept going quite her end and I had to keep saying 'is anyone there' It was too late to get a refund and the second lot had already ready been sent out (even though that was over a week ago and I have not received them yet. She then went on to say I could only return one lot of each of these tablets (there are 2 pots of different tablets) I would have to pay £10.50 for each pot to return them
She said I should have read the writing, but I did not expect that. They have been taking money out of my bank which I think is disgraceful.The ones which were a sample cost me £10.50 in total and they wanted to charge me £10.50 for each pot I was returning. This is down right robbery. They should be stopped now.................

slim lean & pure colon cleanser
I sent for what was said to be free but then cost £2 plus each what l dont mindbut itsays in a letter that came with it that they will send more in a month and automatically take £64.95 plus for each pot how can l stop them their email just wont send and when l rang he said he couldn't do anything ring back again, but how can l stop them taking money from my bank.

I brought these products as a trial and paid the money they have now just taken £140.00 from my bank account leaving me no money for food for my children for the week and electric,how do i take this further,thank you

I paid for a trial in these products and have not recieved anything else but the company has just randomly taken £140.00 from my account for nothing,how do i go forward with how to stop them from fraudantly taking money from my bank account

Slimlean/ Pure colon cleans
on the 7th of August 2013I saw the free trial online for slimlean and read the review it sounded as if it worked as a reporter said she had dropped a couple of dress sizes on the trial a I thought I would give it a go. I clicked on the free trial for 60 slimlean tablets at the end of the application they flashed up the pure colon cleanes to trial as well I thought why not so ordered my free trial of this as well they both arrived separately without any paper work or anything telling me how to return if i was not happy with the product. I did not even take the pure colon cleans as I have IBS and decideey d that they wouldnt be any good for me to take I e-mailed the company to let them know that I did nt want any more of these pure colon cleanes tablets sending to me this was in the 22nd of August 2013. they said they wouldnt send any more tablets. on the 13th of septemer 2013 a parcel arrived with some slimlean tablets inside and an invoice stating that if I wanted to return them and cancel my order then I needed to get in contact with the company for a RMA number I emailed them thats when I realized the trouble I was in. They had already take £64.79 out of my bank acount 14 days after the free trial was up and another £64.94 after sending me the second lot of slimlean tabs. I was shocked as I thought they would have been intouch with me to find out if I was happy which I wasnt I had acctually thrown the last few tablets aways as I quickley realized after the first 3 weeks that the tablets dont even work. after a few emails between us over the next few days they gave me half my money back. a week later on the 20th september 2013 I recieve a nother parcel this time with colon cleans tablets in which if you rember I cancelled on the 22nd of August 2013 I couldnt beleive it even worse they have charged me another 4 payments this time of £65,94 how do I get my money back I feel sick at the thought of all that money they have taken please help me get my money back I cant afford to loose all that money. with out order 2nd they took out my money with out permision
they are so stupid .i order the first product £5 after one month with out ordering they took out my accout £ 67.69 i didn't order the customer serivice not working I don't reacomand every one to buy this company.they think only they one self take care every one who are they??????

very bad company/ scam
there was no indication that additional charge on my credit card.
call and ask for assistant all ladies can't help me and hung up the phone on me.
they even told me that they don't have email.
this is a scam company
