Still charging my account two years after the contract was over

I was using Leasecomm about 10 years and I stopped to use their servicies on Febuary 2010 and after two years on January 2012 I noticed that I am still being charged monthly by Lasecomm, I called them immidately and asked to stop billing my account but actually I did't get any proper answer an thet they stopped to pick up the phone and today is february and they charged me again.
I need to stop it and get a refund for all time when I didn't use their servicies, but I think it's going to be hard while they don't want to reply on my requests. So think twice before you will use their services.
