This company has no customer service and if you are their customer and have any questions or problems you will never find any help or advice how to solve them This is really strange.
Take my advice and find more reliable company to deal with

Scam - beware
I have bought a light bar (Christler Mini bar). Everything was ok for some time, but then it stopped working. I have tried to contact the customer support, but no reply had been received. Their website had not been updated for a long time either. What a fraud it is..

Fraud. No communication from the seller
Had a really bad experience with this firm. We have placed an order for a LED lightbar for our Fire Department Rescue Truck. We waited for it to arrive for almost two months. When we got it, it worked for only 2 minutes. Called the service, and they told us to ship it back. So we did. And now we are not able to get a hold on them. No one replies, nor send us a replacement or a refund.

very rude people
this company hires very rude people who absolutely don't care about customers. They are making money overcharging other people, lying them about the quality of their products. I bought some details from them which were broken and they refused me in a refund!

OVERCHARGE
I PURCHASED LED LAMPS FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY OVERCHARGED MY CREDIT CARD TWICE! I SEND THEM A NOTICE AND MY STATEMENT BUT THEY NEVER SEND ME A REFUND! THEY JUST IGNORE ALL MY COMPLAINTS AND MAILS! BEWARE AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

defective led lamps
This seller sold me defective led lams for my car. I tried to claim for a refund but he just ignored me and never answered on my claim! I will never recommend it to anyone!

sold me defective lamps
I purchased new led lamps from this seller. offers seemed to be reliable but seller reputable. It was a huge mistake - buyer, don't trust fake reviews and better stay away from LED OUTFITTERS. After I received my order I found that all led lamps were defective and I claimed for a refund more than three times and I each time I was simply ignored.

Defective lamps and no customer service
Not helpful. Don’t respond. Product does not work as described. Customer service acts like we are bothering them when calling for help with products that don’t work. Always want pictures, but nothing ever gets resolved. Never return phone calls or emails. Never buying from this company again.
