Wall thickness issues

Please advise if anyone out there has problems with 40' allure or 40' ultimate manufactured from 3/15 to 11/15. These pools have not been put any qc wall thickness testing as stated on their website and have been know to have problems with spider crack and other wall thickness defects. Leisure pawned off an old pool from 8/2015 that have known issues with thin wall due to mad pool mold. The pool they sold me was over 1.5 year old and sold new pools to others with my same color and size. I am fighting leisure to replace the pool since they have tried to repair and same cracks came back. Let me know if there is anyone else that has quality issues and feel ripped off.
