Tile and Paver is cracking and falling into pool
You are correct that no where on contract does it states they cover paving but they state this verbally (which I know when dealing with unsavory co ) but the cause of cracking is that they did not put pool all the way into ground and pool settled and twisted. What is madding is they say our fault some how. thanks for the input thomas

Did you have a contract for the pool and a contract for the paving/stone with another company? Did the pool crack or just the paving?

Beware of Canadian Representation for Leisure Pools
Leisure Pools Canadian representatives Paul Kennedy and Leanne Kennedy have an over $12Million dollar Judgment against them both personally and corporately for, in part, fraudulent business practices in the swimming pool industry. This Judgment blocks them from even going bankrupt due to the fraudulent activities. American Environmental Container Corp. (aka San Juan Pools) obtained this Judgment against the Kennedy's after several years in litigation, but this does not stop them from selling swimming pools under which ever corporate entity they are able to establish in any given season / year. This year it is Leisure Pools GTA Ltd., last year it was Leisure Pools Canada Inc. and Leisure Pools Canada Ltd., the year before it was Leisure Products, and the list goes on. The Kennedy's do not own these companies, they use them to shelter them from responsibility for any work they do or pool they sell. Ultimately, purchasing a swimming pool from Paul Kennedy will result in zero culpability. Each year there are new law suits commenced against these people by customers who are not happy with what they received, however get in line behind a $12Million dollar Judgment and figure out how to collect!

Contract with Leisure Pools?
Anybody luck with a law suit? ..we have unfinished project from Leisure Pools for over a year now. The pool was installed wrong and their landscaper Carlo caused damages at our property. I don't even know if the paper we have from them can be called a legit contract.
