Poor Service, Awful Manager

Customer service is not a concern nor the focus for the store manager at Leon's in Truro - it is valued way below the level of any other furniture stores I have dealt with in the past.
I recently relocated from British Columbia, and purchased living room furniture, a dinette set, and full bedroom set with mattress (with intentions of much more to come).
Upon delivery, the dresser was damaged between the van and my apartment. I had specifically purchased only items that were available and in stock on site for this first round of shopping (I have heard nightmares about delivery times for items not in stock, plus I was needing items as soon as possible).
To replace the item that was damaged - it will be a week or more before my missing item is replaced. It was to be used for the television I purchased yesterday (which I purposefully held off on buying until the furniture was arriving for delivery).
Instead of simply providing a wall mount (which an organization of this size should be able to to do without huge sacrifice - especially when I have purchased over $6k in items with potential of much more to come) GREG the manager told me that its my own problem and that I was welcome to come in a purchase an item or perhaps choose a different product - which would not match what I have already purchased.
In future I will shop and spend elsewhere, since customer care is not a matter of priority for Manager Greg or, according to Greg, Leon's as a furniture retailer. I will also recommend to anyone shopping for furniture in the future to shop around and maybe find a place where the customer is valued. Apparently Barry's (locally owned and operated here in Truro) has a much better customer care program and will go out of their way to ensure repeat business. I wish I had known about Barry's sooner - they will be my next stop for the next bundle of items on my shopping list.
