WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
The photographer was plenty nice however she was a total nitwit, (At the time of my photo shoot my son was just 1 month old & my daughter 1 1/2 years old.) When the photographer came into my sister's house (where I was having the photo shoot done) I told her I had age stickers that I wanted to put on my son since he hit 1 month on the day of the shoot & I showed her the shirt I wanted to have on him with the sticker & she said ok then later during the photo shoot while I was out of the room (my husband was there) she put the sticker on his sensitive newborn skin also for the pics my toddler were in her bangs weren't fixed & my husband hadn't realized it until after the fact but as a photographer she should have pointed it out to him at Sears portrait Studio they make sure to let you know of any minor or major things like that. Then when I order the pics I find out it was $360 just for a cd of the pics & a link well I managed to talk them down to $150 but when I got the link to the photos I noticed my daughter's name was spelled wrong even after spelling it 3 times & I never received the cd with the pics, so I called the company & they told me they would resend the cd & correct the spelling of her name, well it took 3 times before they finally got the spelling right however I still haven't received the cd. The pics were taken Jan 31 & it's now March 29. So I called the company again & they claim it was sent twice now & they refuse to refund me my money. However I have not received the cd & $150 for just a damn link for pics is a lot of money. I will never ever use this company again and I am advising everyone I know not to use them either!!!!
