custom tax

i bought a mobile from lightinthebox.I payed insurance FOR the case of custom s tax payment
Unfortunetly i payed 67 eyros tax
I informed lightin the box about this (with photos)
In twelve hours they informed me the they will refund this amount to me (to my paypal account)
TWENTY dayS after they sent nothing.I wrote to them asking the refund and the answer is that they will pay me in 3 / days,next week,in 5 to 15 days...........
I HOPE EVERYBODY WILL TAKE CARE TO GO AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE LIGHTINTHEBOX
