Worst Customer Service and Experience EVER
Limos.com should be shut down and doesn't deserve to be in 'business'. Their brokerage model is terrible and they do not provide guaranteed service. Be aware and DO NOT book a ride with them if you want to make sure that you get from A to B. I recently booked a trip for this weekend 6 weeks ago, confirmed 2 times and today, the day before they cancelled due to Mechanical issues. Turns out there wasn't any mechanical issues at all and rather PAYMENT issues with their trusted provider. Their provider demanded past due payments and would not accept my ride until they paid them. Rather than paying them, they fabricated a lie and called and emailed me to tell me of the cancellation due to mechanical issues. After calling and speaking with a supervisor (waiting on hold over 30 minutes) they told me that I should just book directly with their affiliate! WTH?!? Why would I or ANYONE need or work with Limos.com ever? I was able to get with their affiliate and they have taken great care of me/saved the weekend and my $750 ride! Limos.com is the WORST. Do not USE LIMOS.COM ever. Call me and I'll find you a limo company..their company and staff are a joke. Worst experience ever.
