they try to collect a debt for a ticket I never received
They want me to pay $43.40 for a ticket which I never received. I haven't even been to that county! They claim my license would be suspended, but it's a lie, because they are a scam!! Truck drivers beware!

Sent me a letter about un unpaid traffic citation in which I am not guilty.
I have received a letter in which I have been claimed guilty regarding an unpaid traffic citation. The letter stated that I must pay the fee, and I can do it through internet. I tried calling them, but since it was Saturday, I did not get an answer. I will keep trying. But I never had a ticket, and I believe this is some kind of misunderstanding. Or they got the wrong guy.

legal troubles in Sioux City
This place only cares about the 40% mark up. I was told my license was going under suspension. I asked before they proceed any further to make sure the balance was correct. They did not. Sioux City threw offset have taken over 1000 dollars from me. They only reported 131 of it. I asked for a break down of the fines and was told I had to be in a payment plan agreement first. I was told if I paid my fines I wouldn't be in this and I needed to stop trying to tell her how to do her job. Well, when I finally did get the info to my shock it is at least 5,000 if not more off. A probation violation charges somehow were over 4,500. Called Iowa clerk of courts and funny there the same case was 79.00. Somehow my restitution amount at the time of my second false arrest due to my probation officer lies was turned in as a fine. Another fine there was 750 at the clerk of courts it was 900. Funny cause 750 was the fine that was suspended and 900 a restitution amount that was paid off. The woman at the clerks' office was so shocked of all I knew she said are you talking to them!!!! One case I was found not guilty of after proven my probation officer was a complete liar the cost was assessed to the state but they are currently trying to use it to suspend my license. The clerks' office told me I owe 10,000 Linebarger says I owe 14,000. The last statement I have from the clerks' office say 8,000. I know it's less than that. I am hoping to get some help to prove this legal system in this town is one-sided.
