Lipotrim Ripoff
I ordered trial product on 3-28-12 and called to cancel on 4-5-12. I called well within the 14 day trial period. The representative would not cancel account as requested and kept telling me to call back on 4-11. I kept telling her that I was unemployed and could not afford to have these charges out of my account. I told her I would forget to call back, and she still would not cancel. I forgot of course to call back, then on 4-13 my card was charged for 149.83. I called and the company kept saying I agreed to call back and have my card charged and would not give refund. Will not listen to anything you say, just keep saying you agreed to have card charged. I tried to make them explain why it was not canceled when I requested. Kept saying you agreed to call back. The reason I agreed was that the representative would not cancel no matter what I said. The scam is to not cancel you, have you call back, and then hope you forget to call back, then they charge you. I filed claim with my bank and the BBB. Hopefully I will get some of my money back.

fraud!
I ordered their trial product and called to cancel it within the trial period of 2 weeks. They refused to cancel and said I have to call 6 days later. I couldn't call and they charged me $150! They wouldn't refund saying I agreed to call back! They would not listen to anything. Stay away from this fraudulent company!

NEVER EVER TRUST THEM!!!
They charged me up to $150 for a "free" trial! They never gave me my money back!
This is the way how they do their business - they just scam people offering them non-existent things!

charged us $150
We ordered a free trial from them for $10 a month ago and never received anything. However, a month later (now) they charged us $150! Their number is not available and there's no way to contact them. They are a scam!

scammed me for $150
Probably there was some tiny print that I had to return these pills within two weeks. Despite the fact that the free trial is for a month. These guys have scammed me for $150 and then even had the nerve to ask if I can refer any of my friends to them.

Billed for product I never received and did not order
TRUE FRAUDS!
Lipotrim billed me $69.80 for a trial sample I never received and cause my account to charged a $35.00 insufficient funds fee. Moreover, when I called customer service, I had to argue for at least 45 minutes to get my money back (less A$35) even though they admitted it was their error. They continue to claim this is my bank's issue, who gave me documented proof to show how Lipotrim's unauthorized withdrawal threw my account out of balance. How many people do you do this to per day? Nonetheless, I am still fighting for my money back. They cannot continue to get away with this.
