Poor Customer Service - Partners with Poor Quality Merchants

Living Social does not recognize that the poor customer service of a merchant is also a direct reflection of them. Living Social will stand by their own "no refund" policy even though one of the merchants they have "partnered" with did not fulfill the service of the voucher that was being offered. So, the consumer will have no recourse if consumer does not get their merchandise or service. Living Social DOES NOT do any due diligence on the merchants - so buyer beware in purchasing these "deal vouchers" since both Living Social and the Merchant get their money and can take off leaving the consumer at risk. DO NOT DEAL WITH LIVING SOCIAL - THEY'RE SCAMMERS, HAVE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Good luck if you have an unused voucher with them.
