unethical practice
they just called me, and i didn't know the number, so i called back to see what company they were from, and did some research. What is the purpose of this company? Why would they be coming after me.. I don't know what they want but there is nothing for them to take from me. I am a disabled veteran, with no income, live in subsidized housing. My disability has destroyed my life. so i don't know what they think they are going to get from me...

I am going through a Very similar situation with them. They make up things that were said and put them in their notes. Then they repeat them as though the conversation really happened, I guess since it is being recorded. They also garnished my checking and savings. Class action suit... Let me know!

UNETHICAL PRACTICE
Lloyd & McDaniel law firm are COMPLETE ***holes, RUDE, AND THREATEN ME. I had an old account balance that involved the almost as crazy Countrywide Home Loans, and the debt was dropped due to several reasons. These losers, Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC, dug up this old account and sued us! The added an additional $20,000.00 to the balance. When I tried to explain to Patrick Kilburn from Lloyd & McDaniel that we were going through a loan modification with Countrywide, PATRICK KILBURN FROM LLOYD & MCDANIEL would scream through the phone that he did not care about Countrywide, so I was never able to finish telling him the modification for the second mortgage was never completed, and the first mortgage was sold to another NUMB NUT, Bank of America, and they dropped the second mortgage (which WAS SMALL BEFORE LLOYD & MCDANIEL DUG UP THE OLD ACCOUNT). Lloyd & McDaniel threatened us and said if the payments are not made on time I WILL TAKE YOUR HOME! Why are these evil creatures allowed to get away with this, and why had I been informed to send the monthly payment to Patrick Kilburn @ Lloyd & McDaniel??? They are evil, money hungry crooks, and SHOULD BE PUT IN THEIR PLACE!!! I am still dealing with Bank of America and Countrywide, and now I have Lloyd & McDaniel!! Someone please call this firm and make them stop! PLEASE

Garnishing my savings
These collectors are garnishing a small savings account I have because they can't get to my disability income to settle a very old debt that Discover bank sold them years ago. I tried to reason with them on the phone and they were rude and short with me. I can't get that money back and was keeping it for medical expenses. This is a rotten law firm and their ethics should be called into question.

My husband had a garnishment, and Lloyd and McDaniel were the attorneys working on behalf of the creditors. The garnishment was for just under $7500, with 0% interest, and as of the time that I am writing this, he has paid over $10, 250 to this garnishment. He has been in contact with the court, and even drove two hours today to try to figure out how to get the overpayment back. He spoke with a girl on the phone yesterday, who said she saw where payments made from December 2017 to April 2018 that were not applied, and the total amounted to what he has overpaid. Today when he was in their office, they told him that they had never received that money, but the court records show that the money WAS sent to Lloyd and McDaniel, and that they had cashed it. I am contacting an attorney of my own, and every news station that I can get in touch with to get this resolved.
