Horrible Horrible Service
My Heloc was transferred from CIT to Loan Care Servicing in February 2018. To this date May 2018, I have never been able to pay on-line. I have called them a dozen times and every time I'm on the phone for no less than 30 minutes.
They always say they can help and will not let me even give them the Ticket Code number that I'm suppose to reference from the past time I called. I was told today a new ticket code is suppose to be generated by everyone I speak too. That would mean 12 Ticket Codes I'm suppose to reference too. But they won't take them. I'v gotten one e-mail from them.
I have gone on line entered loan number, password, says I'm not registered, so I re-register. Put in another User ID and Password. Then go on and it says this account is already registered. The people I talk to, won't even listen to me. Today April was rude and said are you going to let me help you, won't listen, so I said you all say this and she puts me on hold, last I looked it was 25 minutes. She had me put in a new ID and reset password and the same message comes up, cannot get your information. Now she comes back and says I can't help you, wait for an e-mail from us in 24 to 48 business hours. I asked for a new ticket code and she said she has notated things on her computer and won't give me one. She said I have done my due diligence. You need to wait. I can take your payment over the phone. They all say that, Horrible customer service.
Do not use them! They shouldn't be in business. Horrible Company! So unprofessional.
