stay away from this company

I have experienced the same problems as noted in almost all the other reviews. All the same problems and more.
I never selected this company, they bought my loan.

Other things they won't tell you is if you try to make different type payments on the same day your screwed.
IE Pay a mortgage payment on the same day you pay an escrow payment.

If you do this online, they will not process both payments, one of the payments is deleted/cancelled.
Specifically, they will process only 1 payment per day. Even though the website allows you to enter both and gives you confirmation numbers on both. The website does not note this anywhere and it accepts both payments.
Of course, if you don't monitor your account to verify payment is made and don't catch this, you could be late on a payment which has other implications.

Amazingly though, they did manage to pull other funds from my account for a mortgage payment due in 2 months.
However, they cannot explain why they do it. I am still trying to get these funds back.


I don't know how they function as a financial institution, it makes no sense. And forget about customer service.
