They don’t pay their claims for mileage reimbursement

Logisticare is supposed to be contracted through my health insurance to pay mileage reimbursement for trips to the doctors. They are staffed well th rude reservation agents. Then their billing department has no idea what’s going on most of the ties when I have to call in regards to not receiving reimbursement for prior approved trips. I had almost a dozen trips in February due to having cancer. I have not been paid for anything past January 21st. I called and they stopped payment on checks they had supposedly issued. Then everyone got where they couldn’t respond to my inquires or where they had no idea what was going on. I have yet to be issues sny reimbursements for my past appointments from February on. I called reservations to get the trip Numbers and they transferred me to billing. Billing told me they couldn’t spend too much time on it ofvtgeyd get in trouble. It can’t be hard to audit all the trips I’ve had and see what’s been paid and to who or where. We’ve ad instances where they send the check to a completely different person even though the ailing addresses don’t matc. Since tgeyvd fsileccti hdkp me I contacted corporate who transferred me right back to billing. I don’t gef how they could be so clueless about what checks are issued and what aren’t without it affecting their funding. They suck all the way around!

I am in contact with the NJ legislative Senator Joseph Pennacchio to communicate that Logisticare is a corrupt company.
I am the parent of a wheelchair bound adult son who utilizes Logisticare and we have had many problems that we were unable to work out dealing directly with Logisticare. It's time to escalate this to the state political level.
