Omission of contract details

AMS Vehicle Sales appears to be a scheme that allows the broker (AMS Vehicle Sales) to have access to interest free loans of $249 dollars from each contributor. They then refuse, or at best stall on the repayment of the refunds thereby extending the length of the "loan". My advice to all is AVIOD THEM!! - they are very unreliable and very untrustworthy. I have been trying over 6 months to get my refund back. They don't even return calls, their "inbox" for complaints is so full that you get an auto-reply saying that the email address has reached it's limit.
