Club Factory orders still pending
I ordered an item from Club Factory on Oct 14th 2017 - that is 11 days ago; they sent me an sms on Oct 17th saying the order will take about 1-3 days, on Oct 23rd I get another sms saying it has been shipped by GATI. When I tracked the parcel, it said that it is in international transit. There is no contact number available. I am beginning to worry about this site! Will my parcel reach me at all?
Do I write it off ? Regret not doing a background check on them before ordering. I am from Mumbai, India.
