Never deal with lowmileageparts.com! These people will do everything to get your money. If they even sent you what you asked for, you can be sure it will still be a bad quality product. If you try to contact them, they will hang up the phone, or tell you to wait,and never answer you back. It's a waste of everything dealing with lowmileageparts.com, so try to contact other companies!

Never use lowmileageparts.com! They are liars and will rip you off. I waited two weeks and never received my part. When I called to check on the status of my order, they were rude and insulting and lied to me continuously. I am amazed this company is still in business! They were so incredibly rude to me, I cannot imagine anyone using them. Avoid this company, they will only give you grief and aggrivation.

This company is the worst. The "manager" is a child is will hang up the phone and belittle you. I have never dealt with a worse company. These people should not be in business. Please do not order anything from them. It is a compete waste of energy to deal with these people, so deal with another company!

Worst Customer Service Ever!
I have been a mechanic for 15 years and I have never dealt with such rude, inconsiderate, and deceitful individuals. Based on their shipping information I was expecting my engine to be arriving on a Friday, (Engine was in stock, order was placed before 10am on a Monday.) After ordering the engine I waited for confirmation. On Thursday I was getting aggravated and left a nasty message, it was 8:30 PM. At 9PM that same night I magically received an email confirmation. The jack wagon that runs parts, called me and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, and I owed him some type of apology. I told him to get bent, and I hung up. Needless to say my engine didn't ship out until that Friday. I didn't receive the engine for a grand total of eleven days from the time I ordered it. For your own sake, don't do business with these people. They are exactly the reason people have such a bad perception of the automotive repair industry.

Ripoff alert
Absolutely horrible company. Ordered the part from them on September 2 never received it but they charge me right away they got their money I never got a part. Never can get anybody on the phone unless you go through their new order area in the menu. And when you finally do get somebody on the new order part they just tell you that it’s going to ship today or this week or that you should call back. Will never suggest or purchase from this company again and went through my bank to dispute the charge on my card. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Do not order from Low mileage auto parts. ordered a part from them it took 4 weeks to get to me opened the homemade box they shipped it the part looked horrible they didn't even try to clean the part to at least convince me it was some good. something told me from the looks of it get it tested and sure enough it didn't work!!!!! called several times for a refund i got no answer. finally after 2 weeks of calling got a hold of them and told them the problem and i wanted a refund.to get yelled at when i could'nt understand what he was saying over the phone. just RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!! saying to myself why are you mad at me? you sold me a none working part and i want my money back that's only fair! very unprofessional

This is the worst internet company I have ever done business with. They are a total ripoff. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have waited over a week for some sort of communication from them or for the part. Upon calling their number I dealt with the rudest person I have ever spoke too. I was informed that they I would have to check back with them later that day to see if they could check on my inquiry. Then the person hung up on me. I then called them back immediately and asked for a refund and was told the part was shipped and I would have to pay restocking fees and ship the part back when it arrived, when only a minute earlier I was told they would have to check on the status of the order. So I am now waiting another day or two to see if it shows up.

This Company is a Scam
Unfortunately, all the negative reviews are spot on. This company owes us $3000+ in warranty related fees and won't pay up. They won't answer phone calls or emails. They won't even answer calls for new business. This is very disappointing and a dishonest way of doing business. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a transmission for my car which turned out to be defective. Low Mileage Auto Parts gave me a 5 year warranty. The transmission was defective from day one. When I tried to have another transmission sent out, they kept telling me that they sent it to my mechanic only to find they had not. After trying to get them to send it out on numerous occasions, I finally gave up and am in the process of filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Protection here in Connecticut.
After reading the bad reviews from this company, I am surprised they are still in business.

Don't do it!
If I could give Low Mileage Auto Parts no stars I would. They claim their engines are run tested, "Lie". They claim their engines have a 5 year warranty, "Lie".
The engine, my husband bought, had a crushed oil pan and filter, which is smashed against the block. All crumple areas have extensive rust. The drain plug is smashed beyond removal. There's still old oil, with gas in it, in the engine. We pulled the spark plugs; there is water, spiders webs, and green corrosion. Yet not one sign this engine has ran since its accident. Oh, they are holding to this engine was *never* in an accident and all damage is shipping related. We have a plethora of emails and photos to the contrary and started a charge back.

Pour Business or Lack of Integrity
I would advise those doing business on the internet to read reviews on this company and heed the warnings. I ordered a transmission. Was told we would receive a tracking number in a couple days that did not happen as they stated. we called them and they told us it was sent and check our spam and so on we did and we did not receive the tracking information until about a minuet after our phone conversation. The delivery was made and it was not a transmission. They shipped an engine. In the process of getting them to schedule a return pick up they did not send a return label as they stated until we called them the next day. When the carrier arrived to pick up the engine which was in the original package they refused to pick it up. They sent a second carrier out to pick the engine up. Low mileage then stated when they received the engine they would then send the transmission. They received the engine. At that point they said it was not cost effective for them to send the transmission and were refunding us the money. during this whole process the were rude and even cursed on the phone while speaking to my wife. I will say this they did not curse at my wife it was directed at the carrier who refused to pick up the engine. Multiple times they were rude to me on the phone and did not except the fact I spoke my frustration about their service. I now have multiple towing and storage issues to care for which they basically stated they do not care. They have also blocked my phone number and never let me speak to someone in management. My mechanic and others close to the situation believe as I their way of doing business is horrible. So please take my statement seriously. I do not typically write reviews or complain but feel I have no recourse but to do so at this time
