Fraud
We are in the process of collecting bond holders for the Lucid Vacation Properties scam.
As these bonds do not become due until Dec 2012 most of these bond holders are not
aware that this is a scam.
We have helped with the Ramsey group now in process.
Now we want to start Lucid American Capital Inc.
The file with the ASC states 11 bond offerings totaling a
large sum of cash.

Lucid Group Of Companies
We are collecting a group of bondholders for legal action on the Lucid Vacation Property
scam. The bonds for this do not come due until Dec 2012. Many bondholders may not
be aware of this fraud.
The ASC reports 11 bond offerings totaling a great deal of money.
We have helped put in place a group for Ramsey.
Now we are working on the Lucid American Capital Inc. group.

Non Payment
We did work for Belle Starr Saloon and have not been payed,I discovered that Adam Drybrough and Blain Kennedy are crooks that should be in jail.
DO NOT TRUST ADAM DRYBROUGH AND BLAIN KENNEDY!!!!!!!!!!

Alberta Securities Commission displays ineptitude
The ASC has displayed crass ineptitude in the Lucid file. That they allowed a known fraudster with his clueless patsy into the exempt market is truly beyond belief. This case will be held up as a powerful example of why we need a national securities regulator. Alberta's exempt market investors need a modicum of regulatory security and the ASC is getting a reputation for sleeping behind the wheel.
