There are a lot of things wrong with this website – the registration process takes forever – way too long for anyone to wait. It took me 2 weeks to get my account approved. Secondly, they may not give you your bonus. I didn’t get mine until I sent about 10 emails to their customer services asking about it. They finally transferred it into my account but by then I didn’t even want to carry on anymore. But now I couldn’t withdraw my BTC because I didn’t fulfill a withdrawal requirement. This is so ridiculous. I’ve had nothing but trouble with Lucky Bitcoin Casino from the very beginning and now I am stuck with them. I don’t know is this is a new form of a scam, but it sure smells fishy to me. It’s so simple – they tie you in with the bonus and then you can’t withdraw your BTC until you gamble all the money away. Lucky Bitcoin casino has not been very lucky for me. I have a good betting strategy, which has won me a good amount of money in the standard USD and Euro casinos, but my strategy was not very well received by Lucky Bitcoin Casino. I have experienced nothing but problems with these scam artists. The most infuriating thing is that they accused me of cheating. How can anybody accuse me of cheating when they are cheating themselves? I was told by Lucky Bitcoin Casino’s investigative staff that the way I placed my bets looked rigged to them. I was furious! They do not let anybody win anything and then accuse their players of cheating? This wasn’t going to fly with me. I asked them to show me which pattern of bets they considered “cheating”, and the funny thing is that since I asked I have not heard anything from them. In the meantime they’re holding on to my Bitcoin, during their bogus investigation. I cannot believe this is happening to me in this day and age, and I am sorry I ever joined Lucky Bitcoin Casino or gave them any of my Bitcoin. I wish they would just admit to being cheats and liars, which is what they are. I hope to get this message out there to other would-be or even regular gamblers at this casino – watch what you’re doing and I hope you won’t have to go through all the trouble that I had to go through. Lucky Bitcoin Casino is definitely unlucky and you will be the unlucky one if you ever give them any of your coin. I am wishing I had never joined because I hate the hassle that they are putting me through and I really do not have time for these problems.

Lucky Bitcoin Casino has a history of shockingly poor customer service, citing terms and conditions that do not exist and not paying me out on my winnings. My story with them started a few months ago when I was foolish enough to join and make a deposit on a bit of a whim. I have happily fulfilled every single one of their rules because I am an experienced player and I know what I need to do when it comes to Bitcon casinos. I have been scammed before and hoped that Lucky Bitcoin Casino would be different. They were not. They punished me for something that I did not do by confiscating my winnings and not refunding the losses that I incurred by playing at their casino. They had a glitch in their system, which allowed for a bonus to be added to a player’s account as many times as they made a deposit. How is this my fault? I should not be a victim of their scam, but unfortunately I am. Sure, the glitch was pretty bad for them, but they should have cut their losses and moved on. I did not even abuse the glitch – I only made one deposit, because I was not sure if I was going to play for a while or not. I had all my winnings taken from me and I cannot do anything about it because my account is now locked. I can log in, but I am unable to use any links or do anything else with my account. I know it is not just me suffering from this injustice. There have been several reports of players who received multiple bonuses from Lucky Bitcoin Casino and their winnings have also been confiscated. I have received an email stating that my activities were irregular and that I was not eligible for any of my winnings. Wow.
