Bad product and costumer service

I sadly have to agree with everyone else's comments. I bought a pair of shorts in the summer of 2016, and long leggings in december(for $118.00). It is now January, 2017 and after wearing my leggings once a week for one month, they tore after a workout on the knee. I have read and understand their return policy inside and out: only exchange if the seams are messed up because they consider that their fault. So, I went to the store at the domain in Austin nd asked them what they could do for me anyway, and the male employee was not having it and basically was just like," well... sucks for you." by the way he told us no and his body language. I'm not someone who would go in there and complain just to get a new pair. I got these ONE month ago, and as they were titled "workout leggings", I thought working out in them would not be an issue. I feel very disappointed and disgusted that they can not stand behind their brand and company enough to realize they did NOT make it well enough to do what it is titled to: workout. I wish I could come on here and spread good word about them, and before today, I would have. I wish they would own up to the fact that they need to make their products durable for what they claim they are made to do. Especially for $100 +. I am 15 without a job and paid for both items on my own, AS WELL AS ANOTHER PAIR OF LEGGINGS FOR $118. I feel lululemon should stand behind their brand and make the quality match the price.
