i made the "HONEST" mistake. i said i needed a deal, my credit was declining for late payments to visas and i was interested in consolidating to make just one monthly payment.
after being insulted and lied to, also wasted better half of a week, finalizing. iwas showed a bloated bill that i sighned. but never recieved my dvd player and sunroof that they would install when they had shop time open. i saw later $3, 500. apear on invoice. and was told my model was an SE+. they were late with my cashback check of less than half what i needed to put on higher interest cards. this is 2 years later and MRC, Canada Chrysler as well as every one else i, ve literally cried to is still ignoring me. even when they know i am now seperated and broke with no job or Van. When I last went to discuss I was met at the entrance and blocked entry.

anyone ever here of a DODGE GRAND CARAVAN SE+
And a "new" car with over 200 km no new smell or any thing extra except noticable teasing

oh yeah business. i could get raped for free. or i can borrow from sharks and be given better treatment. I Cant Finance a ham sandwich now thanks Ian, Steve and espessially ERIC MELVIN ROSE.

I bought a 2011 new Grand Caravan almost a year to this date just when the 2012's were coming out. I was told that there was no rebate offered, but found out several month later, by accident, I am sure, that Chrysler Canada had sent MRC a rebate cheque for $7000 re. my brand new van - they kept it instead of passing it along to me. Steve and Ian took advantage of me - I was lied to, cheated on, and had the rebate money literally stolen from me. They wouldn't even return my phone calls after I complained to Chrysler Canada, and CC has done nothing re. my problem.
I would advise all who read this to never deal with Maple Ridge Chrysler or Chrysler Canada ever again - I know I won't...

lousy dealer, owner and mechanics
Purchased 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.6 lt on Feb / 14 with 12,176 k. Trust me don't buy one especially from Maple Ridge Chrysler!!. I hoped this would my last car as i'm 72. Feb 25/14 front rotors warped ( first trip on hwy) Had to fight like hell to get them fixed.Mar 25/14 rear vent switch recall for fire problems. Took 11 months to fix. Mar27/14 13,050 k 2nd complaint about rattle in back end and they almost took the car apart to find it and couldn't. They keep blameing after market hitch and tried to charge me to move it. Had hitch removed by West Coast Detail and took P.R. manger from M.R.C. for a ride and he thought it might be the shooks. Replaced shocks Dec 18/14 21,000 k and raddle gone. This problem took 4 visits and 4 different mechanics and 10 months to fix. Mar 30/14 left cyclinder head problems extended waranty on that for 10 yrs.or 240,000 k I do 8,000 k a year or 80,000 and my motor will be screwed. Nov 20/14 20,300 k carpet comming loose in back,tranny shifts hard,radio changes channels( order new radio) .Jan 6/15 21,000 k satellite radio needed repairs and new antenna. Nov 5/15 28,500 Inside drivers door switch gone,and drivers door needed adjustments. Mar 26/16 went to Interior on long weekend and car battery went dead ( no reason) which locked keys in ignition.Called M.R.C. service dept. and they said to tow it to Kamloops. Called son-in-law and he told me how to reboot the computor. Why wouldn't service dept. tell me this. Driving home from Kamloops got to Mission and the rear breaks started grinding (no sqealler noise). Took it to M.R.C. and rears were metal to metal at 33,000 k and over $600.00 later I have had it. Had a huge fight with T.V. man Ian Speckmen who told me that this is normal ware and tear. Apr 4/16 Rear seats and carpet soaked seals gone. Traded crap van for real car ( Hyundai). There's more. Run out of room.

Liars take your Vaseline jar with you before you buy here do your research to make sure the vehicle they're trying to sell you rather than what you wanted that you knew would do what you wanted to do can do as they do not really know their products fully. 2 years I'm still getting harassed to buy another vehicle from them because they're having sales no thanks got done over twice not going to give him a third unless they're going to correct everything they screwed me at my cost with stay clear of this dealership many more to choose from in the Lower Mainland
