made me leave the apartment

I have rented an apartment with which I was very happy. After one year that I lived there I have received a notice that I have to move out. They did not state any reasons what was the cause for this. I have been paying for each month on time. The apartment was always clean, and there was no loud noises. So what's the problem? I am not able to explain this, but I am very upset.

fraudulent business

Do not deal with Marketplace Homes!
It is a fraudulent business! I have been there myself and that is why I want to warn others to stay away from this scam!
I have rented an apartment for one month, I have made a full payment on day 1, and when I moved in I was told that I can't come in there since I have not paid! I was expecting a contract on the day of the arrival, but they cheated me and never gave it to me, and now claim that I didn't pay!

It is a scam!

Do not deal with Marketplace Homes! It is a scam! I have been ripped off by them, when I have lived at my apartment for more than two months, and these frauds called the police and said that I live there without any permission, and won't leave.
I have been kicked out with all my things in to the street, and now they want me to pay a fee!

Do not rent!

Do not rent anything from Marketplace Homes! It is a terrible business! They scam everyone who is willing to rent there and sign a contract. You will never see the contract, but they will take your money really fast from you. And as a result – you will be left scammed and without a place to stay at!
Beware beware beware!

This company is run by a psycho! Run!

The owner of this business Mike Kalis is a sick sociopath that likes to contact the employers of tenants who post honest reviews on his page. He tries to get them to lose their jobs because they are trying to warn the public of his illegal and shady business practices. He increases rental rates with less than 30 day notice, does business in states like Georgia and Tennessee for which he does not have a valid license, they demand auto draft and then will charge amounts not previously agreed upon. The owner will harass you via email, file false discrepancies on your credit report and they will not fix anything that is broken in your rental unit. Stay away from this company and the crazy owner Mike Kalis. I will post email screenshots shortly.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. UNPROFESSIONAL, CHILDISH, AND THIEVING CEO AND VP. I hired Marketplace Homes to manage one of my rental properties. I planned to hire them to manage additional properties if they performed well with the first. Marketplace Homes failed miserably. They wrongfully withheld from me earned funds, stealing my rental property income. After a submitted complaint and arbitration with the Better Business Bureau, the BBB agreed with me that Marketplace Homes wrongfully withheld my funds and owes me money. As of today, I have not received my stolen funds, despite the judgement from the BBB. Throughout the course of events, I received numerous belligerent, unprofessional, and childish emails from the Marketplace Homes CEO (Mike Kalis) and VP (Jon Wilson). STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
