Every terrible review that is listed here is absolutely true! Many of the same things that others have written also happened to me. 1. Terrible Service 2. Absolute Cheats 3. Forget getting anything fixed 4. Continue to put you off 5. Never return phone calls (even with a set appointment)

Most egregious: 1. house was filthy on move in and things broken - never fixed, then they deducted from our security deposit! 2. when our 1 year term was up and we were wanting to extend for another 6 mos. they told us FMV had gone up and rent was going to be an extra $200/month. They also told the homeowner the FMV had gone down and they weren't going to be able to pay him as much!!! Once we confronted them they said "never mind!"

These people are crooks!!!
