MARUTI SUZUKI AND DEALERS

COMPLAIN AGAINST MARUTI SUZUKI FOR WARRANTY COVER AND SERVICE
I want to bring in your kind notice that i purchased a car "S - CROSS" from KTL NEXA Lucknow in the month of oct 2015 and serviced the car at proper time at KTL Faizabad road LUCKNOW, after flying my car 32500 km when i was driving car instantaneous average shown on dashboard started decreasing when it reaches below 15.0 km/ ltr i stopped my car and bring down side window glass i heard some abnormal sound from engine then called to KTL and they directed me, drive the car to their SERVICE CENTER on dated 13-03-2017.Due to some work i could not reached to service center due Holi holiday .On dated 20-07-2017 i reached to service center with my car and given for service .After two days when they not responded about defect occurred in my car I queried about my vehicle then they informed me that connecting rod of a cylinder found broken I was shocked that such type of engine defect also may occur in this type of car also. Then I asked to service center FOR REPLACEMENT OF ENGINE they said we reported to MARUTI REGIONAL OFFICE situated in Lucknow I asked them please report me in writing the defect occurred in engine they flatly refused to provide in writing you may talk to regional manager. I tried to talk with regional manager he not picked up his mobile after a day I recalled to same and he told me that i sended the detail to head office. On dated 31-03-2017 he mailed me that I should permit to repair my car, I also mailed please give me in writing about damage and I want to check my vehicle for further damage on dated 01-04-2017 with him ,he not replied and not came to KTL service center and told me on phone that he told everything to KTL then i revisited KTL on dated 02-04-2017 for checking of further associated parts which may get damaged in these conditions After passing my valuable four hours I was informed that they have no instruments for checks you want to check. In these conditions no one can allow to repair the engine of vehicle .I told to service center kindly REPLACE THE DAMAGED ENGINE of my vehicle answer is awaited .
Behavior of maruti dealers as well as maruti peoples who deputed for service to customer is not tolerable. As i know that "S-CROSS" is a premium car from maruti fails like above and denial for warranty cover is also ashamed .I suggest the peoples of country that never buy the maruti car due to such type of bad performance . BETTER options are available explore them before buying the car.

worst complain handling by dealer as wellas regional office
