EMPLOYEE NOT BEING PAID
This company sucks and the trainer is sucks I trained for 1 week the next week they want us to take a test and we didn`t go over anything they just told us we had 3 chances to take it and if we failed we would be fired okay 1 how can you give someone a test and not go over it or study the info with the class 2 how can you call people dummy Mother F and you are a trainer and this is been done in Duluth Ga Office you know who you are bad for the Company that why its a high turn over rate

Improper installation
We have have been a customer around 8 years. We started having reception issues 2 weeks ago. We called and set up a service request. A technician came a day latter, the problem was trees that had grown into the reception area. The technician dug a hole to relocate the dish, said he did not have a new pole or enough cable, and would return the next day. 2 days latter we figured out he was'nt going to return. We called again and were told we were in a hold status. We made another service request, another technician, Mark Hendrix - # 55582 informed us that our whole system needed to be redone correctly. He came back the next day on time and fixed all the problems we had. We are happy now and want the company to know you need more like him. Thanks Mark, William V Nicholson.

Employee Compliment
Just a short note to compliment your technician Mr. Victor Marongwe.
Our Direct TV replaced U-Verse and had been installed. It was not installed properly by the two technicians who initially did so. Mr. Marongwe came and corrected the installation, and came back a second time to ensure that all was working properly. He was very courteous and efficient. Had it not been for our dealing with him, we would have had a huge complaint filed to Direct TV/ATT.
Please extend our thanks to Mr. Marongwe.

performance of tech
Hello. I wish to acknowledge an awesome employee , Roger Alaniz . We have been long time subscribers to Directv , and we've had dealings with many repair tech's . You have got a gem of and individual as well as a technician who obviously , loves his job , takes his time to evaluate the problem FIRST , before not getting a feel for the situation .He analized the situation , explained to me , the owner , what the problem was , what he needed to do to resolve the problem and asked on more than one occasion "do you have any questions ?" Before he began his work, he asked "is this your mobile home or is it the parks, do I need to get special permission to install a new dish ? When I reassured him I owned the home , he began his work.". He obviously , believes in taking his time, securing the cabal with enough holders it cannot be pulled away etc. He used what looked to be his phone, numerous times to verify wire power strength . He definitely, is a very conscious individual who does his job right , the first time! when he finished his job , he looked around the job site to see if he needed to pick up anything and replaced the skirting he had to remove so he could ground the system . Then , before he went any further , before he had me sign anything , he went back to both TV's , showing me the power strength (98%-99%) and asked "is there anything else you were having problems with , beside the no signal ?" When I said "no" we parted ways .Roger, is extremely, dedicated to his job, professional, respectful to customers, speaks clearly, and slowly so he can be understood. I feel you and Directv are very fortunate to have him as your employee !

Instalation
Your technician that was sent to my home today was awesome! He went 100% to install new service for me.This was not an easy install ! His employee # 018759. He explained everything to me about working your system. In a scale from 1 to 10, this man deserves a Big 10!!!!!

Just the Best --- Dameon
Our decision to make a FULL change to Direct was thru a visit to an AT&T store on Central Expwy in Richardson Tx -- 2 salesmen (Chris & ?? ) helped me w/an accessory I needed for my phone -- in our conversation we spoke about Direct TV Cable & needing to switch over from AT&T for obvious reasons.
Names & numbers were exchanged -------- appt was made --------- Bingo ---- Mr. Dameon Haley appeared at my door -------right on time.....I asked hm to come in --- loved on my 2 rescue dogs -------- surveyed what needed to b done & BINGO --- went straight to work............ yes the switch over took some time -- but I never knew he was in the house .........but when I saw him -- he always recognized my pups. What a great heart..........
I learned Dameon - also has a pupper -----the only girl in his life --------- so we adopted him ---- I gave him a small Easter gift & will b giving him cooking lesson soon.............
How much better can than get ............. a stranger walks in ur home & after hugs & goodbyes -- u r best friends .... What an incredible young man --------- Direct TV has in their midst .............remember his name --- he gets a 5++++ ... Recognize him as he will become more of an exceptional employee ..........Dameon Haley
Now one more young man that needs to b recognized -------- our follow up during Dameon's visit was "Philip" --- a rather new employee to Direct -------- but I could see his desire & want to help --- what a great afternoon ---- thanks Direct ........Kathy Medlin

Perfrmance of Technician
Your technician, Adam, #124722 is truly awesome!!! Not only did he come out on a Sunday, but spent the time to assess the situation, fix my problem, and set up my new remote. He also made a check of my satellite dish to make sure there were no problems from the hurricane.
Adam is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He should be recognized and rewarded for his dedication and service.
