I have been ripped off! First of all, they added a second product to my order, when I needed just one. I informed them that I want to cancel the second one, it is a mistake, and yet they still ship two products and charge me double! This is not fair!

Product not received but paid for
Parts ordered on July 9th with a 2 day shipping promise and was held up by one item back ordered. I contacted them via
telecommunications and informed them to cancel the one back ordered item and ship the rest. The lady stated ok and then
stated I would get them in two days or less because they are shipped out of Denver, Colorado. This day the 21st of July 2019
I have not seen or had any communications with Master tool repair as to the status and informed the owner of the compressor
that she should cancel the order due to the lack of service and the availability to get the parts faster locally! Very bad service!

They scam by selling the manuals
They scam by selling the manuals.
They claim to have the manual that you need..
They make you write the model of the product you need the manual.
They proceed to checkout.
Again they make you choose the model of your product.
They charge your credit card $ 4.95
After you have paid they allow you to see the manual you have bought.
The manual they give you is not the one for the model you need. It is a product similar to yours and that is currently on the market, with different specifications and power than yours. Completely useless
