Poor quality doors

Bought 5 interior doors from Menards and made by Mastercraft doors with a stamp on the top Made In China. These were oak 6 panel and I thought they were solid oak. They are overlay and do not take the stain well at all. 3 doors turned out poor.
Menards sent me to the Mastercraft help website. This is where the headache really begins. You write to them because they have No phones. So after you complain you get a Automated email. Then if your lucky you will get a reply in a few days stating they don't pay for anything. So you write again, then they want photos. So you explain and send 15 photos. Then a few days later or closer to 5 days, they want new photos of the whole door and the process in which you stained them and what products you used. Yes. I know I'm getting tired of this also. So after a few weeks of playing the Mastercraft game they said they may replace the doors. Such a hassle. Do Not Put Yourself through this. Find yourself a better door company.
NOTE: Menards do not deal with you about the doors. These were Not Special order doors. They were 30 X 80 doors no frames.
