Dear Mastercraft Doors,
Today is Monday August 25, 2020. On Sunday August 16, 2020 I ordered the following door:
Prehung 32” x 80” 3 Panel Mission w/Dentil Shelf w/22”x14.5” lite, Single Door, Steel, Morrison Door at the Menards Store in Spencer, IA
The door arrived on time on August 25, 2020. I picked the door up, took it home and after l removed the door from its shipping cardboard box, I noticed that at the bottom on the righthand side of the door there where two dents about 1” wide and about 1 foot apart from each other (See pictures)
I would like to know what actions can be taken to rectify this situation. I prefer not to return the door as we have a number of projects dependent on the door installation. Are you willing to offer some kind of discount to compensate me for accepting the damaged product?

Master-Crap
Master -Crap , The worst quality and no customer service . Bought 6 panel interior doors and they were prefinished , so they say . When i installed them panels were out of square and edges were like sandpaper , i contacted customer service and they blew me off then after several emails they said thats the way they are , return them , well installed them and they want me to tear them out and return ? What about my time and aggravation . Dont buy these doors there crap ! Terrible quality and no customer service
