Bait and switch

At Mattress Warehouse we sat in a special computer controlled mattress that measured both my wife and my body types, sleeping positions and a host of other factors then gave a list of mattress' we should try. We tried 5 mattresses that day one was the"Atlantic dream plush" by Aireloom which won hands down in comfort for both my wife and I across everything in the store we tried. when we finally decided to purchase the sales person mentioned they had a sale on the other Azure Ocean Firm Aireloom mattress saving us $, and it felt the same as the other one we tried. I said great then lets get it. I admit it was my error in not laying in it, now its been 4 days of waking asking each other how did you sleep? with the common answer, i'm hurting, I went in to the store only to be told with this brand you bought it you own it. That's unacceptable. what happened to customer service especially when it's a PREMIUM purchase. I just want to be able to sleep comfortable. At this point I am willing to place my old mattress (sagging middle and all) back in just to be able to wake without pain, however it's not an option as its well long gone.I want to point out at no time during the time we were in the store including during placing the order were we ever told there would be no option to exchange or return as a policy.
