Worst service ever
hayzz aatakihin ako sa maynilad ang dating binabayaran namin na 2, 500 naging 9, 000 wala naman kaming swimming pool dto sa V.CRUZ ST MALIBAY PASAY CITY halos lahat ng mga nakatira diti ay nagulantang sa kanilang last bill ng buwan ng OCTOBER sinira nila ang kalye NG MAYNILAD para ilagay lahat ng meter sa labas ang tagal nga bago nagawa akala ko maging ayos ang lahat abay may motor kami para higop ng tubig dapat kapag pinapatakbo lang ang tubig saka nagana ang metro nakita namin na di namin bukas ang motor abay nagalaw ang metro dapat gawin ng solusyon ito ng MAYNILAD sa lalong madaling panahon di ko babayaran ang 9000 NA YAN napakabagal gumawa ng action may POSO kami nag pagawa na ako dahil para maiwasan namin ang malaking bill ipaglalaban namin ng mga tagadito ang reklamo namin at kung di sila gagawa ng action sama sama kami mag rereklamo KAY MON TOLFU kailngan gawin ito kasi ayaw ko na natutulog sa pansitan action kagad

Worst service ever
For three months (May to July 2011), we were supposed to have overpaid so we just had no need to pay for readings 995 to 1006, 1006 to 1014 and 1014 t0 1021. However, we had no reading for the month of August and was charged 'average' of 21 cu mm at Php409.00 plus previous staggering charge amounting to Php2977.26 and reopening fee of Php474.36. What was the basis of such charge? Our water service was not cut but we were charged an opening fee. We complained to the hotline Reference No.049157294707. I was adviced to pay the current charge first. Nothing came of it. The following month September, we had a present reading of 1095 with no previous reading. We were charged Php230.19 plus Php3860. I paid Php3000 to prevent harrasment from the collector. The previous meter reader admitted there was another who did the erroneous reading and that they belonged to an agency hired by Maynilad and obtained commission based on the consumption. So we will suffer from the mistake of the reader???? The following month, we had a consumption of 63 cumm from 1095 to 1158. We called to complain how we can consume such amount (63 cu mm) to Phyllis Abella Reference Nos 049157322337 for the reopening complaint and 049157322338 for the overcharge. As expected, nothing came of it. The following month of November, our consumption was down to 40 cu mm but still with the previous charges even if I paid Php3000. Month of December, our consumption was down to 34 cumm with no rectifications done. We called again hotline Reference No. 573482400651 c/o Yuri. Our consumption this January was 28 cu mm. amounting to Php704.48. We paid Php2000. Then again, we were charged reopening fee this February 2012. My daughter and maid felt so harassed. Just imagine, for a household of five, we have to pay Maynilad Php7000 from August 2011 to January 2012 at more than Php1000/month!!!. How about the reading without a previous reading??? charging us Php 3000 when the previous months were charged minimally??? How about two reopening fees???? Don't consumers have protection? Should we be at the mercy of the meter readers who are paid based on commission? My daughter got the name of the harassing collector - Julius with number 0929497652 whose supervisor is AJ Gallego. Hope your personnel will be taught GOOD MANNERS!

EXCESSIVE BILLINGS?!!! YEAH!!! COMPLAINTS REPORTED TO THEM TO STAGE A DISPUTE SINCE LAST YEAR! THE WATER METER STOPPED WORKING! INSPITE OF WHICH, WE PAID CONSCIENTIOUSLY MONTHLY!
YESTERDAY, SERVICE MEN OF MAYNILAD CAME AND UNREASONABLY CUT OFF THE LINE AND JUST LEFT A NOTE ON OUR GATE! MAYNILAD PEOPLE CAME AND LEFT WITHOUT EVEN A WORD! THE NOTE INDICATED, IF PAYMENT IS NOT IN FULL THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE RESTORED. SINCE, WATER IS A NECESSITY, PAYMENT EFFECTED TODAY AT 7:46 AM TO THE AMOUNT OF P6, 001.80 (CASH) THE DISPUTED AMOUNT WHICH HAD BEEN BILLED TO US FRAUDULENTLY LAST YEAR. COORDINATED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEMANDED THE REINSTATEMENT OF THE SERVICE WITHIN THE DAY! ASKED THEM TO EFFECT RECONNECTION IMMEDIATELY AS THE DISCONNECTION WAS QUICKLY EFFECTED "IN SILENCE".

mine too i just experienced erroneous billing. for the month of FEBruary i found out that our meter was defective and so it was replaced by maynilad. this march i received a bill worth 5k plus and i immediately settled it even if the meter before was defective. then after a week i received another bill with a total of 14k plus. i was really shocked. there is a note at the 2nd bill it says:this is your total bill pls disregard the
last bill. then i called the hotline and talked to the CSR. he told me to just pay first atleast partial of the total bill. then i tried to settle everything by paying only 8k plus bec i thought that my first bill should be deducted since t was a double billing. until now almost everyday i keep on calling maynilad to follow up if there is already a revision of the bills. im expecting it will zero my balance but to my regret they are not taking actions about the revision.----- MS REGINE of sta mesa mnl

MAYNILAD EXCESSIVE BILLING
Last year Maynilad "buried" all the pipes in our compound in cement so that it would look "nice", (or maybe they had nothing better to do). Last May we received our bill amounting to 10k+ and this June 1k+, our average bill is only around P400.00. Since we never had difficulty in getting water, we never suspected any leaks. It was an idea of a neighbor to break the cement covering the pipes so we can further examine, and to our shock, we discovered rotten pipes which were previously covered. Maynilad didn't even replace old pipes with new ones before covering them! And since they were covered it was impossible for us to know that the pipes underneath are leaking already! We pleaded our case to Maynilad's office, they said they would investigat, they did and although agreeing with us that there was no possible way we could discover the leak, we still need to pay the whole amount! This is just ridiculous! My mother has pleaded for the 2nd time and apparently the only thing they can do is to allow us to pay in installment but with downpayment of 3 thosuand! THIS IS JUST BLATANT ROBBERY! I have tried asking help from our Chairman (Chairman GUIDOTONG) who can not do anything as expected! Already written an 2 emails to Mayor Alfredo Lim via the Manila City Hall website, which up to now have nop reply. I don't know what to do anymore, I am thinking of getting a lawyer since it is better to pay the 10,000 to the lawyer rather than paying it to MAYNILAD. Tomorrow I will try to reason again with Maynilad, I hope they will grow a conscience this time.

Maynilad excessive billing
My unit used to bill 350 plus for the past months, when my neighbor apply for a water meter in maynilad, they put it beside my meter after a month my bill blow up to 5,800 plus, I was so shock since the unit is used as a studio and not as a water station, I don't even have a swimming pool, so I called up maynilad about it... They sent someone to investigate, I even showed my 2 nd floor that water there is not really coming up,so there's no way to have a bill like that... But the investigator insisted that there must have been leaks,
And that's it without even further explaining how in the hell I got that kind of bill. The investigator don't listens to our complaint whereas she was really rude.... Fortunately was able to talk to someone from maynilad and said u can have ur meter test I even ask what if the meter is ok because the succeeding months bill went back to normal, what if there was a mistake the way they billed me, since this is a pending case I was advise to just pay the monthly and disregard the outstanding balance till it has been resolved...
Months passed and then one day they just cut off my line and to my surprise they gave me a wrong bill which is supposed to be to my neighbor amounting to 18 thousand, I called again and ask why, since they don't wanna accept they made mistake in cutting my line they just said because I have an outstanding bill of 5 thousand plus, to restore they said I should pay even half till we resolve the issue....so I got no choice but pay half since water is very essential...
And now again, nobody came to do meter test but today they came to cut my line again due to the half of 5 thousand... Unfortunately it was only my staff who's in the unit, they were asking if I paid he bill this July aug I called my staff and said yes I paid it, I even asked my staff to tell them to wait for me for the receipt, but what they did is just cut my line...
And now I bumped to this site and saw that iam not the only one that experienced this... I think we should do something about it...since the management don't care and listen to our complains and they don't take action... I think they'll make action if we put it in the tv or media.
Maybe we should all come together to make them realize what they're doing...

Concern citizen LNG po dami mo d2 n walang metro ng Maynilad! Pero may tubig sila meron po kasi ng isang Tao na nag papangap na Tao sya ng Maynilad at kaibigan Nya ang mga tao ng maynilad sya po ang naglalagay ng patubig sa Bahay Bahay dapat huwag ipangbahala ang ganitong reklamo Mas malaki po ang kita Nya sa Maynilad pag monthly din sya naniningil huwag natin hayaan ang mga manloloko na Tao.Dapat po Gawin house to house Kung talagang may metro sila ng tubig.Unfair po sa mga taong nagbavayad at sinusunod sa patakaran.Pakilusin nyo mga Tao nyo para maiwasan ang ganung kalokohan sana d sila kasabwat sa kadayaan!Sa 1st street sto niƱo po ang nag re reklamo pinapaabot LNG namin ang kadayaan sa lugar na to at up ang itigil ng makapal na mukha n kibakabitan lahat para magkapera! Your service and people are so impossible. Kaya nga may account number para may REFERENCE kayo everytime tatawag customer nyo to inquire or complain, tama? Since june 2011 hanggang january 2012 wala akong naging problema sa inyo. Nung february nagkaron ng reading ang TAO Niyo :

Dumating ang march at wala akong bill na natanggap! Tumawag ako para itanong bakit walang bill dahil palagi akong on time magbayad. Again, check my record of payment since we occupied this place June of 2011. Ako, tatlong bata (8, 4 at 2 yrs old) at isang yaya lang ang gumagamit ng tubig, kaya kung makikita nyo yung amount na binabaran ko, imposibleng aabot yun ng more than 1,000! Wala naman kaming swimming pool! Ngayon base sa protocol nyo sa mga ganitong complain, yung babae na nkausap ko sa hotline niyo 1626, pinasara niya lahat ng gripo ko at pinatingin nya yung metro kung umaandar, sabi ko HINDE. Sentido kumon, hindi defective yung metro ko at walang tagas. Sabi nya sa kin, very unusual nga yung amount due for march, bayaran ko na lang daw muna yung kalahati ng maling bill for march na more than 1,100 para ma-imbestigahan yung nangyari. Tumawag sa akin yung lalaking nag imbestiga sa bill ko, sabi nya, pasensya at nagkamali ng reading, nakita nya yung billing history ko, forward daw yung report sa kunsaan mang lupalop ng department finorward, ewan ko! For adjustment na lang daw at monitor ko na lang yung bill for adjustment (kung ano man daw ang sumobra sa binayaran kong 550 for march sa bayad center noong March 30, 2012). Dumating ang bill ko nung april, NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION. Tinawag ko sa hotline 1626 nyo, sabi sa akin, ok lang daw, hindi po for disconnection yan, bayaran lang ang total current charges. Monitor ko lang daw ulit yung bill, at for adjustment na! Residential lang naman kami kaya di ko afford na magkaroon ng feature sa landline namin na ma record lahat ng conversation. Dahil kung meron lang, papadalhan ko kayo ng cd ng lhat ng conversation ko sa mga tao nyo jan every month. Pero siguro naman sa laki ng Maynilad, eh afford nyong ma record lahat ng concersation ng mga cutomer service representatives at customers nyo na tumatawag sa hotline nyo! Every month ganun ang siste: Dadating ang bill na palaging for disconnection at palaging on time ko naman binabayaran ang total current charges! Natural na byaran ko yung kinunsumo ko pero ang bayaran ko yung hindi namin ginamit? Kabobohan yun! Last december 9, yung nakausap ko gnun ulit sinabi. So binayaran ko nung monday yung bill for december. Wala na kong pakielam sa notice of disconnection phrase na nakikita ko sa bottom part ng bill ko every month kc sabi naman sa akin basta bayaran lang yung current charges at for adjustment na, kung kelan? Hindi ko alam at masaklap dun, hindi din alam ng mga taga maynilad sa hotline nyo! So, kanina lang, may mga lalaking taga maynilad na kumatok sa gate ko, hinihingi resibo para makita nila kung binayaran ko na yung bill for december! Hindi nakakatuwa! Di ko na nga iniintindi yung notice for dsconnection every month sa bill ko, magpapadala pa kayo ng tao dito to check kung byad na? Whats worst? Tinawag ko yung halos isang taong issue na to ulit, ngayon lang, sabi sa kin bigla ng "Amber" na nakusap ko :"mam, sino po nagsabi sa inyo na for adjustment to? Kasi po dapat nyo bayaran ng buo yung unpaid amount kasi hindi naman defective yung metro nyo." Nakakainit kayo ng ulo! Simulat sapul, talagang for adjustment. Bakit? Kasalanan ko ba na may tanga kayong taga read ng metro? O sinadya nyo to lahat para makalamang at perahan customers nyo? Ibang klase pa, ako daw kelangang pumunta ng office para maayos to? Uulitin ko lang ha : HINDI DUMATING BILL FOR MARCH, TUMAWAG AKO. BINAYARAN KO. TINAWAG KO SA INYO. INIMBESTIGAHAN. SINABI NYO FOR ADJUSTMENT. EVERY MONTH BAYAD TOTAL CURRENT CHARGES! Tapos ngayon, gusto nyo byaran ko yung buong MALING AMOUNT, para di nyo idisconnect? WOW.

Grabe talaga dahil wala naman kami utang sa Maynilad kahit yung buong pamilya namin lahat kami nagbabayad. Bakit kailangan ipasa sa amin yung utang ng iba at isa pa sa ibang address, sabi nila dahil daw na iprocess na, Eh napakadali naman palitan ng address na mali diba, pede naman nila iCI ulit yung real estate para malaman kung meron talaga penalty or wala. Isa pa sino ang pede magpenalty ng 50,000 sa tubig lang napakalaki nun dahil isang pamilya lang naman ang gumagamit. Ayaw nila iurong yung penalty dahil daw napirmahan na nung Sir Steve Estacio, sabi ng accounting nila bumalik daw kami dun sa Sir Steve Estacio na yun at patanggal yung recommendation nya makiusap daw kami (magmakaawa). Maynilad, tagal ng action sa mga complain. Puro nalang reference no., nakailang reference no. silang ibinigay wala pa din action. Parati nalang reference no. para daw masabi ulit yung complain na pauilit ulit naman ang concern ng customer about the complain. Mali pa ang findings ng mga tao nila. Ano ba yan puro nalang turuan. Papalit palit ng taong hihingan ng complain. Hanggang kelan maghintay mga customers sa tama nilang action. Please mag-action kayo ng tama, nakakaperwisyo din sa customer yang sistema nyo. Magkaron kayo ng common sense. Alam nyo naman yung average consumption kaya dapat alam nyo din kaya tumaas dahil sa leak na complain na ang tagal nyo din umaksyon. Kaya nangyayari lalaki konsumo tapos sa cutomer nyo sisingilin yung dapat kayo magshoulder. Gising Maynilad...

No Water Supply/ Worst service ever
Dito sa Barangay 177 Saint Mary St. Caloocan City, Concern ko lng po...since noon nagkaroon kami ng water connection mula sa Maynilad hindi na umigi at guminhawa ang supply ng tubig dito sa amin lugar... maghapon wala at kadalasan 11pm ng gabi na ngkakaroon.. at sa umaga nman 6am p lng wala..at kahit meron man na ipon mula sa hating gabi na uubos din at hindi sapat sa maghapon gamitin. papaano na sa iba paraan o gamitin kung wala naman supply ng tubig pki check lng po sana ang problema ito sa aminlugar. Sapagkat kami naman ay regular na nagbabayad ng water bill monthly....Kaya hinihingi po namin ang inyong agarang aksyon o serbisyo mula sa Maynilad, Maraming Salamat po...

miscalculated billing summary
Good day! I am confused with the latest Statement of Account (for the month of February 2014) I had received from Maynilad. As per the Billing Summary reflected in the said statement, the total due we need to settle amounts to Php 9,063.63, comprised of the following:
Total Current Charges Php 1,886.06
Previous Unpaid Amount 6,455.57
Installments Due 722.00
TOTAL AMOUNT DUE Php 9,063.63
I have two (2) concerns about the Billing Summary you sent to us. These are:
1) I would like to know what is for the "Previous Unpaid Amount" and "Installments Due" reflected in our statement
of account. I believe that the "Previous Unpaid Amount" is our remaining balance after I made a Php 10,738.98
payment to Maynilad while "Installments Due" is the staggered payment we need to fulfill monthly for us to close
that remaining outstanding account.With this, isn't it right that the "Installments Due" should not be included in the
TOTAL AMOUNT DUE since it is already included in the Php 6,455.57 labeled as "Previous Unpaid Amount"?
2) Since I am confused with the Statement, I made a call yesterday (Feb. 26, 2014) to your hotline 1626. Upon
talking with one of your customer service representative and I figured he's a guy, he mentioned that the Php 6,455.57
is our revised billing for the month of January 2014 since there was an error with the reading in our previous bill (I doubt it that we could consume water amounting to Php 6,455.57 just for a month since our house is not a mansion and we don't have a swimming pool even a kiddie pool). He also stated that you sent us a copy of that revised billing but we haven't received yet the said billing. For the time being, our Statement of Account for the month of January 2014 amounts to Php 11,525.13 only. Thus, if you deduct the payment I made amounting Php 10,738.98, it is clear that our unpaid obligation would down to Php 786.15. So, the Billing Summary for the month of February 2014 is awfully wrong and miscalculated.
I am hoping for your prompt action concerning this matter.

where does the reconnection fee goes???
Gusto ko lang malaman kung san napupunta ang ibinabayad ng tao sa maynilad (reconnection fee )
Na nagkakahalagang 8k+ nakakapagtaka nmn kase na napakamahal ng singil ninyo.. porket alam ninyo na no choice ang tao kung hindi nila babayaran yon ee wala clang gagamitin na tubig sa pang araw araw.. hindi nio ba naisip na kaya nga cla hindi nakabayad on time dahil sa wala pa silang pambayad.. tapos pagbabayarin nio sila ng bglaang 8k+ masyado nmn yon!!!! Hindi ko kinukunsinti ang mga tao na wag magbayad sa tamang oras, ang saken lang nmn ay gusto ko malaman kung bkit ganon kalaki ang singil ninyo sa tao !!! Ee hindi nmn makatao yon.. parang seselyohan nio lang nmn or ilolock ung metro tapos ganun agad kalaki ung bayad? Kung sakali man na mabayaran yon!!! Edi ba tatangalin nio lang nmn yong lock tapos madadaluyan na ulit un ng tubig!! Wala nmn kayong gagastusin don!! Na sobrang laki. Bukod pa don meron pa kayong nalalaman na re opening fee.. 224.00 sobra nmn yon!! Tapos kapag may tubig ka na ulit poprblemahin mu pa den ung previous bills mo kung bakit ka naputulan ng tubig kase nga hindi pa yon kasali sa reconnectionfee at sa reopening fee na binyaran mo??!! Sobrang lake ng kinikita nio .. masasyado nmn kayong abusado hindi porket kailangan ng tao ng tubig at alam niong nasusuportahan nio yon ee.. kailangan nio ng pagkakitaan ng husto ang tubig !! Malaki na nga ang nakukurakot nio sa mga taong naloloko nio sa bill reading palibhasa porket alam nio na ung iba bayad lang ng bayad kahit dii nila alam kung bakit ganon kalaki ang bibayaran nila.. masyado nmn kayong umaabuso!! ayusin nio nmn sistema nio. Magpakatao nmn kayo. .. nakaka highblood kase..

Bill Dispute!!!
Tumawag kami ngayong araw sa maynilad hotline 1626 para i-complain yung charge na "REOPENING FEE" i dont get the point kung bakit may ganun sa bill namin. Samantalang we have an overpayment. Na ineexpect ko pa nga halos wala na kaming bayaran for the month kasi malaki na nga excess payment namin.
Sabi ng nakausap kong si Bem Macatiag need ko daw muna bayaran yung kalahati ng bill. Sabi ko bakit nga?? E supposed to be dapat wala kong bayaran. So dapat maging overpayment ko nanaman yung babayaran kong yun. Diba?? Sabi pa niya hintayin nalang yung 7days na investigation. Pero need pa din bayaran.
Sabi ko di ba pwedeng may resolution na muna kong matanggap before ako magproceed sa payment kung sakali ngang may dapat kaming bayaran na ganun. Kaso ang maim question. Di naman kami napuputulan ng tubig ehh. So bakit may ganun?! Ugh.

MGA GAGO! ang sabi ng nag read at print ng resibo yung crrent charges lang bayaran...tama naman dahil un lang ang konsumo ko...pero ngayon puputulin nyo dahil sa maling system generated ninyo?! saan galing un? MGA PUTANG IN NINYO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OVERCHARGE
almost 500 lang ang binabayaran ko every month then last month nakatanggap ako ng billing almost 9,000. may nag check ng meter sabi ok daw walang sira yung meter. PWEDE BANG WALANG SIRA?? ANO YUN GANUN NA LANG?? walang leak ang mga tubo namin,wala kaming swimming pool then makakatanggap ka ng ganung kalaking bill!! daig ko pa ang na-holdup.. WE MUST TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS MAYNILAD COMPANY.. EITHER I-BROUGHT OUT NATIN SA MEDIA TONG MGA KAGAGUHAN NG COMPANY NA TO, OR MAG FILE TAYO NG CASE.. HARAP-HARAPANG PANG-GAGAGO TO SA CUSTOMER NILA..

Resedential to Commercial
May pumunta sa amin na nag check at sinabi n kelangan magbayad nang 5k kasi lalaki ung bill namin kapag di kami nagbayad.
Inignore namin at hindi pinansin pero nitong March from 2k bill naging 4k.
Ung resedential rate namin ginawa nila Commercial.
May pumunta na nag check wala daw kami leak ang reason daw naka commercial kami which shock us, ang sabi nung investigator kasi may carinderia daw c Mama, ung carnderia nang nanay ko maliit lang at nasa labas nang bahay.
5-6 n ulam lang tinitinda at wala pa 1k kinikita sa isa araw.
tamang pandagdag at libangan lang din nang matanda.
May 5 units din nang pisonet na dinagdag nito March.
Tama ba na Icommercial ung bill namin?
Nagdagdag nga kami nang pede dagdag kita, tapos mapupunt alang sa bill wala pa 10k kita nung negosyo na carinderai at pisonet taz 4k sa tubig abbayaran namin?
para n lang kami naghanapbuhay sa MAynilad nyan....
Ano dapat namin gawin at ano classification para ma Commercial category kayo?
