Happy meal
I was at your McDonald's Meru Raya (Ipoh) around 8.05pm, 9th Dec 2015. I have ordered a happy meal for my son because of the toys. If you look into the photo I have taken, your staff did not indicate the item is sold out. Surprisingly I was informed by your waiter at the counter after I had ordered and pay for my meal that all (Donkey Kong)toys is no more available due to stock finish.
What is this? My intention to buy happy meal is because of the toys and you do not even have a courtesy to stick on a sold out notice to inform your customers? After I bought the meal only you say the item is not available. Not even a word "sorry". I felt cheated!!
How can a giant franchise like McDonald's can allow their customer treated at such? I drove all the way to bring my son for a meal at McDonald and end up being cheated. What a joke? Is not about the price of the toy, the least you can do if the branch is so lazy to stick a sold out note is to inform your customer that the item/toys display currently is out of stock. Is it ok if I provide with some other toys as a replacement?
Isn't this a better way to manage your customer expectation instead of cheating your customers???
