Horrible company

If McDonald's is the worst company. They treat employees so badly!! Why is it SO hard to get paid from them. I have been going through HELL trying to get my final paycheck from store#40039. Owner Edwin Infante is being very difficult, I have called HR but they are no help at all.
I am a newer employee at McDonald's. The most recent issue was on Dec 31. Manager Sylvie tried to put me on fries. I wasn't trained on the deep fryer. so I asked for training on the deep fryer, where we cook fries. Jordan another manager got upset with me for asking for training. He refused to train me on it, telling me that it's very simple and they shouldn't have to train me on it. Thankfully a co-worker Melanie offered to show me how to operate it. She kept reassuring me that it's very simple. While I was trying to listen to her. The 2 managers Sylvie and Jordan were standing a few feet away complaining about me and bashing me because I asked for training. This is in addition to other issues,
The issue is that when I was interviewed and hired by Sylvie I made it very clear to her that I live in Niagara Falls Ontario and I don't drive, but rather I rely on Niagara Region Transit and st Catharine's Transit to get to work.

At that time Sylvie agreed to work with me around buses. However when I brought it to her and Brayan attention that she had scheduled me for work on January 1 when there are no buses.

Both Brayan and her gave me a really hard time about needing that day off! I explained to them that cab fare would be $40 each way and that I could not afford to pay that amount for transportation.
They made it out like I wasn't living up to my agreement to work for them when they need me. I feel like I am being made out to be a bad employee and Its not fair!! Then I tried to get a transfer to another store and they fired me without cause. Thankfully I found a better job elsewhere, but now I have to fight for my paycheck.
