Calgary stampede incident

To whom it may concern:

we are writing because of what we had experienced last Calgary stampede during your McDonald's community day last July 9, 2019. We are dining at the wine garden and was seated at a table with 2 separate group of people. Your representative approach our table and discussed about giving away free concert pass for Saturday event. However, they were so selective with discussing the promo to the other group within the table. They didn't even bother to acknowledge us at the table. As if we are not existing in the table and we felt offended. Because if they are trying to give something they should have talked/discussed with everyone in the table but they didn't do it. They only talked to the other group about the concert pass and then once they gave the pass they left at once. Is this the way that McDonald's train their representative in dealing with potential customers and the public in general?

We are hoping that this won't happen again whether be us or other people.
